    Some bloke in the US has been caught outsourcing his own job to China. He was some sort of programmer or something and on, I think, about 300k a year. He then contracted his own job to a Chinese company for 50k a year and spent the whole of his working day on the Internet fucking about Genius until he got caught obviously.

    The Times are saying he will arrive for a medical today and sign a 5.5 year contract.

    The Air France website is saying they expect to return to a normal service on Tuesday. Paris has had huge amounts of snow since friday night and flight cancellations at all the airports. My flight to LA is fine though.

    Exactly. To shore up a match and replace a player who was not performing, he has utility championship player James Perch to bring on. Marveaux off may have been a mistake but not having a powerful / athletic / good quality midfielder in the foreseen absence of Tiote is not Pardew's fault.

    Funny that last week you were questioning why we didn't approach the Norwich game the same way as the Man U and Arsenal games, you never replied to my explanation presumably as there was nothing for you to say. Now, a week later your preaching the same message back in some simplified bite size package. Last week you didn't even know why we approach games differently. We did attack the game yesterday and should have been out of site, we created plenty of chances and looked coherent going forward. This is what you were asking for from Pardew since earlier in the season. What we seem to have lost, as witnessed by the amount of goals we are shipping is defensive organisation. You've been waiving the Pardew out flag all season and have tried to fit everything that's happened into this point of view. Not saying Pardew has to be kept, just that you shouldn't pretend to have been coherent on this issue at any point.

    We had a Magret of duck for lunch, was delicious. Nice and crispy on the outside, rare in the middle. With loads of veg and a salad.
