  1. You didn't make it simple and you ignored the fact that the problems now are not the problems we had earlier in the season. Just yesterday you were highlighting the Everton away game as representative of our problems. Basically we showed nothing other than 2 Ba goals. The problem yesterday was the opposite, we couldn't shut them out. I have every sympathy for people wanting rid of the manager, I personally fear implosion in this case but I do encourage honest debate which draws upon the actual ideas and points of view put forward. Pardew seems to have solved some problems but created others, defensive organisation would have kept a clean sheet yesterday and taken the 3 points. Defensive organisation was not the criticism earlier in the season. 'Pardew out, we are shit, look I was right' is a simpleton's argument.
  2. I'd reply properly if I could decipher what you just said so i'll just repeat what i said. My point is simple and clear, you and LBT etc said the problem was our attacking play and Pardew made us look inept going forward and we relied on a moment of magic on Ba or Ben Arfa to get us out of the hole. Now we look good going forward now, the issue is our defence. The manager may still need to go but not for the reasons you were arguing for 3momths ago.
  3. The fact that Le Fondre is in space in our penalty area in the first place was the issue for the 2nd goal. We were robbed as Reading hadn't done enough to justify their 2 goals but our defensive organisation was poor. The complaints at the start of the season where that Pardew's team looked clueless going forward, Aeris, CT and LBT all complained specifically about this point. Now the issue is defensive so they were right about fuck all.
  4. Still think Sacking him would guarantee relegation but he is now failing. First half we were lush, should have been 2 or 3 up but the fact that he couldn't shut up shop at home against Reading is terrible.

Hasn't had a firm poo in weeks.
  6. 'Set up for this'? You mean other teams dont just try to get their best 11 available players on the pitch?
  7. Its a fairly obvious tactic though, we invest in scouting but refuse to pay over the odds. So, save money on a scouting network and use the money save to outbid NUFC. Simple.
  8. The FIDLAR album is out in Feb, i reckon you might like it Gene. Raucous and full of youthful exuberance. I got quite into the 'Cheap Beer' track last year, just giving the album a listen there now and its along the same skate-punk lines.
  9. Cracking album, really enjoying it. First album of the year to 'grab me'.
  10. You see, i'm not overweight but am not trying to look like a model on the cover of Men's Health and reading that reminds me why!
  11. We were very cautious for most of last season. Parky and I have both mentioned the changing motivational psychology, the style has not changed, the level of caution hasnt really changed, therefore that post after 10 games didnt make any sense then either.
  12. Sushi take-away, 1 soup, 1 salad, 6 avocado and salmon rolls, 4 salmon sushi, 2 tuna sushi.
  13. I think he was the manager.
  14. Of the major 5 leagues, i believe so. I'd have to check to be sure.
  15. There was some media coverage in Spain a while back about how both Real and Barcelona are 'built upon mountains of debt'. Both clubs owe (despite substantial write offs and injections of capital) around half a billion each. If you then factor in the revenue growth they both have had in their privileged position in the top 2 of Spanish football with (debt-financed) guarantees of entering the Champions league, any 'analysis' of 'comparison' of turnover between those 2 clubs and virtually any other in the world is redundant.
  16. And since the line between 3 points and 0 points is so thin at times, those 8 points dont justify a change in judgement of the manager from very good to very shit.
  17. Interesting but Spanish football's spending power in that period didnt relate to turnover really. Debts were built up and written off, hidden, paid for through various vehicles etc. Turnover not a total reflection of their 'spending' power.
  18. Look just because your stupid, doesnt mean i'm going to be gentle with you. I said we were going ok until November and called out some results and performances that were decent. Your reply of 'what bollocks' was completely unjustified, didnt reflect what i said and is not an appropriate response to a post that was pure debate and didnt disparage your own opinion. Again, such stupidity to say i am up my arsehole when you were the one who starts with remarks like 'bollocks'. I cant stand total lack of self awareness, especially when its doubled up with personal attacks, you stupid fat cunt.
  19. Everton were playing the best football in the league at the time and were at home and we had enough to get a result. The fact that you cant even analyse my post to understand that it says only 'we got a great result' at Everton, ignore where i have said we did play well, just shows how utterly baseless any analysis you spout actually is. You cant even analyse 2 lines of text and reflect / reply to it coherently, anything involving 22 men running around for 90 minutes is clearly well beyond you.
  20. We beat Spurs, looked better and took a point at Liverpool, got a great result at Goodison, looked decent in Europe. Then from West Ham onwards we've had problems. Up until then, as has been repeatedly pointed out, we looked fine and results were fine.
  21. You can say 'told you so' at the end of the season when he has failed to score and QPR go down, not before.

Sounds lush that Brock, can't get decent sausages over here apart from at M&S. Bit of nutmeg in mash is canny nice.
  23. He does actually, serves the half-time pie charts.
  24. On a scale of one to ten, how old are you?
