  1. He could write the whole lot off. The accounting losses are, aren't they?
  2. I shouldnt join in this debate now but havent people just added paper losses from amortisation to the debt position on the last accounts? The losses we posted last time included 30m of amortisation iirc. Thats not a loss which adds to debt.
  3. But this was kingdayo's account. If you're going to be a wum at least try to remember which log-in you're using dave, you daft cunt. This lad has to be close to the biggest knacker we've had on here. In my time anyway.
  4. Twin Shadow - Slow Korallreven - Loved up Com Truise - Sundriped Chilly Gonzales - Knight moves Superpitcher - Voodoo !!! - The Most Certain Sure NDF - Since we last met Mimosa - Your Love Gala Drop - Rauze Azari & III - Reckless with your love (Tensnake mix)
  5. PML, what sort of cup did you get for that you bitter cunt? Btw, it does say 'apart from us' in the sub-title of this thread, all you've all done is fap over your own support. Sad twats. Can't wait for us to absolutely paste you next week. Like most things on here, its a bit of a laugh. Canny telling that you cant get your head round a football site with a partisan view of the club that site is dedicated to. I dont know how old you are but your use of 'fail' and 'fap' etc makes you come across as a young un. Unsurprising then you cant get your head round some basic issues. Whatever you think about other clubs, i personally admire any fan that has fierce pride in his own club, no matter how successful. If you look across our non-league teams in the north east, each and everyone of them has something to hang their pride on, whether its Spartans in the Cup, Whitley in the Vase or whatever. I just use that as an example, nothing more really. So anyway, for us a large and loyal support that has stuck with the club through thick and thin, who turned out in amazing numbers last year after the worst year at the club for a long time (and there has been some bad ones) is a source of pride for us locals. I think even if we had won a cup during the 90s, that would still be the thing that most fans would hold up as the thing they were most proud about. What was yours again? Goodison is canny nasty? As Gemmill said in another thread 'A region beams with pride'. As for next week, if we get a draw i'd be happy with that. Most fans on here predicted we'll finish 17th -14th when asked by a fellow fans of yours and that yous would get 6th - 8th. If drawing on a source of pride in the cold light of that reality makes us sad twats in your eyes so be it. Seems quite normal to me. One thing you should be aware of is that Ben Arfa has more natural talent than any cunt thats played for Everton since Gazza was there and excluding him, since Beardsley was there. I hope he wipes that aggressive snear off your face. As for my opinion of you lot, your club is summed up by this entry on your wiki site under In Popular Culture "Like all of the major clubs in England, Everton have featured in many films, books, television programmes, songs and plays. A late 1970s television advertisement for ITV's teletext service Oracle featured an off screen voice asking the presenter "How did Everton do?" The presenter consults Oracle before announcing "Everton 1 Stoke 1"."
  6. Going to get a copy of this next week, should be an interesting read.
  7. If your interested Alex Im sure you can google various soundbites from various commentators from Harman to Milliband and countless union leaders inbetween. I think most people in the centre ground realise cuts have to be made and are cutting their cloth accordingly as "we" in the private sector have had to do for some years now. I also understand public outrage as with the poll tax. However a handful of communist union leaders like Crow plotting together to try and bring down the coalition is wrong. Unions trying to gang up and force government policy is wrong. Lets see where the cuts fall and then let the people, backed by a union take it from there. Some sectors mat face big job losses others may not. But a few communists trying to gang up and dictate policy aint on and hopefully this will be the deathnell for this type of union leader. Oh aye, the case for cuts gets stronger every week. Keep reading Krugman CT and have a think about why inflation is rising yet growth is stagnant. Sounds just like what he predicted was going to happen is happening. The case for cuts has certainly not been made anywhere as far as i can see. The Chinese aren't cutting expenditure. Funny that.
  8. Thats because you buy into that other tired cliche about preferring to lose 3-4 than win 1-0 presumably.
  9. I upgraded to sky movies quite a few weeks back, think last night was about the 3rd film have managed to watch all the way through. Bloody bairns. You'll be meeting her soon.
  10. Watched Brewster's Millions last night. Although blatantly stealing elements of the format from Trading Places, it still has some funny moments.

One of my best friends has it. There are a few different types, as a friend you can read up on it a bit to understand how the disease will progress and what sort of help/needs he/she may have. http://www.mstrust.org.uk/information/abou...CFQIB4wod5Va9IA
  12. ClubEverton, If you dont understand that Sky presents every single match with the simplest of narratives and reports on the game for the armchair fan then you are basically admitting that you are the target demographic for the weekly inanity spouted on SSN/match commentary. Deluded is seeing more supporters than you could dream of turning up to cheer on shite despite years of near misses and abject failure and not being able to disentangle your own compromised emotional reaction to it. Fuck off you utter cunt in other words.
  13. All boils down to the legality of refusing to replace you with the new people on the freehold. I'd listen carefully to the arguments on that. If it seems you will win the case (despite the costs) i would threaten him in a letter that you will contest it in court and that you intent to sue for losses too.
  14. Rape is a bit harsh, i prefer the term coercion.
  15. Barton was wank everything about his game was poor. Coloccini looked shaky to me, but I was drunk too HF. After 5 minutes I could see it was going to be a hard game, because Blackpool imposed themselves and didn't look intimidated but..........we're never as good as we think we are after a good win, or as bad as we think we are after a bad defeat. HF is the tall ugly one, i'm the sharp dressed, youthful looking 8 out of 10.
  16. Did Barton really play shite or did he just give the ball away a few times? I know they are linked but making 1 or 2 silly mistakes (especially in the relative safety in midfield) doent always mean the rest of his game was shite.
  17. It wasnt just a dodgy accent he had, there was an affected drawl to it that i reckon he thought made him sound more poetic or something. I got quite emotional watching it though (depite his odd voice), I especially liked his analysis of the geordie character reflecting the geography and sociology of the border (between england and scotland and nordic countries). Border people meet lots of foreigners and strangers so are both ready to defend against foes but as quick to welcome friends. Lot of truth in that. With our city being subject to invasions by the Normans and the Vikings i thought it was nice to reflect that me and wor kid have been reversing the trend in recent years.
  18. There is only one, maybe two. It's a watch and wait for another 10 min or so... pm me stp.

Happy Birthday mate, hope you have a good one.
  20. If he doesnt drop Nolan and Ben Arfa starts, i cant see him playing any other way. It would be a 4-3-1-2 though. I can see Hughon playing Ben Arfa there if he believes that he will track back and play some form of defensive duty when we dont have the ball.
  21. If you read between the lines, i reckon thats what Hughton has been hinting at. He implies that Ben Arfa is ready and thats it.
