Jazzy, dreamy, housey techno.

A bit of escapism might not go amiss around here.

Had a good game against Leeds by the sounds of things. -
The world and its attitudes are changing. Feminazis is now one of the most popular categories on X Hamster.

Parky likes to think he gets the finer algebraic points of radical neo-Marxism.

Watched a bit of Jeselnik last night, whilst the material is quite funny I found his delivery a bit boring. Even the most unempathetic comedy characters have either a charm or an energy that draws you in. Maybe it was because it was late or maybe expectations were raised too high. I will watch again but I doubt I will get past the act looking a little contrived.

Girl is 5 and is massively into all things princess and Disney, so should be hilarious. The boy is 20 months so is just coming online from a consciousness perspective so we should get some entertainment from him too.
-
A few shrooms would definitely be funny.

That bad? I suspect it's going to be sickly pink Disney vomit for most of the day. The boy is too young to get it all so the girl will be leading proceedings.

Going to Disneyland on Friday. Even though it's only 30 minutes away, we've resisted going until now. Anyone been to the one over here? Any tips?

Like wandering accidentally into an ethnic French farce.

Ile de la Cité which is right in the middle of the river. Rich there too. Aye it's best described as 'a bit sketchy' round there. It's a pure tourist trap but it's also near Barbès which is full of crack heads. Town 'planning' at its best.
-
Bless. Got a mate from work who lives round there, he has 4 kids and his front door is next to a transvestite's fetish store. Not as handy as Deliveroo but it's a perk of inner city living.

Comparing "Ile de France" to any area in the UK other than "greater London" is also not really helpful. Within Ile de France there are areas (the 93 for one) which has millions of people and massive poverty. As the area also covers Paris itself (which is quite small and ridiculously rich) the average figure means the area is overall very rich. From experience, there are worse areas with extensive poverty in the suburbs of Paris than many of those areas. With large populations too.

Hark at Cheech and Chong here.

What ewerk said, not been up the tower for years. The LV building is accessible by metro, it's not far from St Laz but count 30 mins to get there. Not been but seen it last time I took the kids to the park next door (which is great if you have kids). Give us the street name where you are staying, it's relevant as I might recommend my mates place for eats.

Don't judge others by your own standards Am in Genoa to have lunch with a famous Professor. The food here is great, best pesto in the world.

Florence is amazing, took wor lass there for our first weekend away together. In Genoa tonight which is an interesting place, very industrial in parts and a bit seedy but could be good for a few days break. Brief visit for me though, off to Milan tomorrow then taking a train through the Alps to Geneva.

10 minute walk from me. Let us know what you're up for and i'll give you some suggestions.
