  6. very common outcome with mouth/throat cancer. Altho his doc should be a tad more persuasive and talk him into having a PEG or a NG fitted to aid him with his nutrition. But then again, you can't force the man to do it. poor bugger.
  7. same way wacky operates when he corners some unsuspectin lass behind nobles on shields road.

  9. sorry I broke protocol, I hope it didn't make anyone cry too much. Was just excited about going to see it. I saw It. It was good. I shared the experience. Didn't realise there was a thread tbh. I don't read every single one just the ones that interest me. It obviously previously had not. This is my film thread . Those whom it offends due to lack of conformability please feel welcome to fuck off .
  10. Film was fantastic, I'd highly recommend it. Was fabulous humour with a good interesting story running long beside it. Loved it. Think I may be disapointed by the infidel now, I peaked too soon.
  11. Anyone seen it? Only seen the trailors, looks hilarious. Off to see it tomorrow. (a tad excited ) oh and seein The Infidel on thursday - its had mixed reviews - but you never know til you see it yourself do ya!
  12. I'd love a greenhouse for the back garden. There seems to be some canny bargains on adtrader for greenhouses. Don't fancy the dis-assembling carry on, more hassle than it's worth imo. No frills at benton's got some decent sized greenhouses in for £160. I've got 2 greenhouses, one's for veggies, toms, peppers, chillis, cucumbers, radishes, herbs and the other grows all my bedding plants. They've also got some small poly tunnels in.
  13. Thank you for the advice and the entertainment gents, as always the pleasures been all yours. x

  19. is this the reason your lass prefers croatians? I don't like my fella's thick but I don't like em pretentious either. Do you also read the french papers whilst adjusting your cravat and smoking a cigarello?
  20. What if it's really cold outside? keep enough spare dressingowns in a water proof vacuum sealed bag and serete it behind your wheelie bin
  21. Thatks for this, Upstairs is hard wired so that was ok but downstairs was a dead as a door nail so looks like a trip to the shops for a little square battery for me! Fire in the house is one of my biggest fears, From a very early age I taught my son how to exit the house if there was a fire and He's well aware of what to do. So everyone reading this make sure you have an exit plan too and everyone at home knows it. Cheers L.
  22. Summat tells me its been a while since you ventured down the smoke. It costs a small fortune. Try Bergamo, half an hour from Milan, proper scenic Italian town. disgusted to say this but I've never actually been to London, Well I got collected off the coach at victoria and driven to surrey once, but thats the closest I've ever come to the 'Big Smoke'. Nowt wrong with a weekend in Prestatyn
