As it happens no and it wouldn’t be very clever of curry’s to put all there other TV’s in a bad light as it’s these other TV’s that make up the vast majority of their sales.

I probably will because they probably just copy and paste rtings. But rtings is free and I’m not paying which. Its probs going to be the LG C4 or B4. Absolutely stunning they were.

Im a bit more detailed, I use the geeks on www.Rtings.com which is incredible for testing results etc and you can compare specs and test results side by side. It’s the best TV review site in the world. Their YouTube site is very good as well, particularly as the geeks (who all seem way off the scale), present it. I also then use AVForums where people who are really into their electronic stuff will answer any questions. They also have owner threads for each model where you can get a lot of info from real world use.

Just been in Curry’s to look at an OLED next to a LED tv. Fuck innggg hell Absolute chalk and cheese in there. The LED was a very high spec one as well. Very impressed.

I’ve avoided reading most of the stuff regarding yesterday as they are surely just going to find a new way to fuck us over. You would of thought us spending a few billion on talent would only improve the image of the PL around the world and make it more desirable to watch.

Cheers, one of the ones I’m looking at is the LG C4 so cheers. I always thought Oled TV’s were very dark when I shopped around 4 years ago, but big bright showrooms are not good places to judge them. I understand sport is fantastic on them.

Nah, Oled’s are the main technology going forward, but have had a lot of problems with burn in, particularly when I was choosing last time. They still have problems to a lesser degree (apparently), but I was just looking for any real life views on the issue. Very disappointed that you of all people are not upto speed on this sort of stuff.
