That works for me too, but only if it's something finite, like a half-hour programme on "listen again" or if you set the sleep timer or whatever. Otherwise you get these voices ticking away in your head all night and find yourself having bizarre dreams about floods in Indonesia, customer satisfaction surveys, the Masters golf or whatever else they're talking about all night long. Hi Guys Well, when I drink and I am in a big group I am ok, but if I have a couple of beer on my own after a tough day or I am with 4 or so of us I start to get depressed Some of you know I lost my mother a couple of years ago to cancer and when like I say there is only a few of us I get down, so I stop drinking and go onto soft drinks. I think its because there isnt anything to take my mind of it. Anyone else have similar stuff to this? If so, ever get passed it?
