Gram, I have a spreadsheet that has portions and recipies on etc that will help you guage what you are eating, ill PDF them and send it over marra Also try and mix your sports, I bike at least 3 times a week but play football once a week too. If I miss footy for a couple of weeks and go back to it I am fubard, this is even when I am biking, its differnt exercise you see and it works you out in different ways.

  12. I read somewhere its a myth that you eat more when you stop smoking, most people do it because they have heard it. Your diet should consit of the following: 1 porion of junk food in modortaion a day 1-2 portions of healthy fat a day (Omega 3, mackeral, salmon the like) 2-4 Protein Rich foods a day 2-4 Calcium rich foods a day 4-6 Portions of carbs per day 3-5 protions of veg per day 2-4 portions of fruit per day mixed with excercise you should feel miles better I am doing a 100k Meridia this weekend and cant wait And plenty of Sexcercise aswell.   18. You want to eat low GI Foods mised in with medium GI foods. The low GI means that the sugars are slow release and you get a balanced energy level for the day. What exercise do you do at the moment?
