Kinnear responds to Barton speculation with his usual eloquence

Agreed, to me thats another player making sure someone at fault knows they've done wrong to stop it happening again. Anyone who wants to liken that to Dyer/Bowyer wants their heads examining. -

JOE Kinnear revealed Jonas Gutierrez was the latest Newcastle United player affected by the club's mounting injury problems. A hamstring problem meant the Argentinian international could only start from the bench for the 3-0 defeat at Blackburn Rovers, with the Toon gaffer later admitting he currently has little alternative but to ask players to soldier on through the pain barrier when ideally they would be able to rest on the sidelines. Kinnear said: "I know the fans like to see certain players but the truth is we were lucky to have Spiderman on the bench today as he's another one who has been carrying a bit of a knock. "That's the position we are in. I had lads on the bench who aren't 100% fit but I had to have them there because we are so crippled with injuries right now." No you dont Joe, we have some promising younger players. Its not ideal at all but frankly rather than crippling a player by bringing him on for 10 minutes while injured you might as well have a young kid there looking to prove himself.

cool so where do i put it? what do i do with it? I havent got Excel to hand but I believe that if you go into Tools>Macros>Visual Basic Editor then you'll get two panes, the left hand side has a sort of navigation tree, click on the worksheet you're wanting to do it on and cthe right hand pane will go clear. Paste it in there to attach it to that Workbook.

Is that you Mike ??? If like me you enjoy a flutter, what odds on us winning the league? as Ive shown here its clearly do-able and with Joe at the helm Im certain its going to be a good season all round.

Piece of piss, all we have to do is win every game 5-0 and all other matches end in 0-0 draws

I gave up reading the place a while ago. Might have to go and have a neb though just to brighten my day. Oh you've got to wonder at the mentality of some of them. This has got to be one of the best quotes Ive ever seen anywhere. In reply to a post about protesting, FreddyBobbob has said, and I quote....

I agree but I honestly cannot see us managing to attract anyone with the proven ability to keep us up, sacking JFK would be the final deathtoll of this clubs season unless we have a replacement sitting there ready, we'd go back to Hughton again, players wouldnt know whether they were coming or going and any chance of a cohesive plan would be shot to shit. Although there is one serious alternative and that would be to remove JFK and sit Dennis Wise in the hotseat, we all know its him fucking this club up from top to bottom, we already have numerous quotes etc that hint at him being the one making team selection so could we do any worse than having him stood on the touchline? Maybe just maybe his team talks will be better than JFK's. It would certainly make home games a bit more atmospheric.

Nope, as a football club we dont deserve to be classed as one of the best 20 in the country. To be honest we deserve to go down more than any other team in the Premiership. The others can give valid reasons for their position, lack of finance, small fan base, not good enough players etc. We have none of those excuses we should always be a top half of the table club even without the big money WOW signings that we grew used to under Shepherd and co.

This is why I said what I did in the post the other day, lose this and other results go against us (as they are doing) and we're right down there in the shit, maybe, just maybe it will spur Ashley and co on to see the real danger that we are in. If we were to win this then we'd move up and "Mike 'Emperors new clothes' Ashley" wouldnt have a chance of realising that hes wandering round with his dick in full view.

What the fuck are we doing here, building a team of Shreks?

Normally Id be saying lets all go and vote the opposite but frankly this time I reckon we should join in as well, lets get everyone to go and do the same.

And then probably my worst decision ever, wander to Stoke on a cold Sunday evening. Hideous, hideous game in a horrible rotten shithole of a place only to have him come out and say he was well pleased with the result. Fast forward a year and the horrible rotten shithole became the second worst shithole in the country, Hull. Same result same bollocks given by a manager.

We knew it was coming - Kinnear offered new contract

Happy times Think we left there at about 3 in the morning and got a cab back to the Travellodge where 9 of us were sharing a room, 3 went in past reception and the other 6 climbed in through the window (we werent daft we requested a ground floor room!). Seemed like a good idea at the time, not so good at 8am when you've had 5 hours of blokes full of beer n curry in one room. The thing that got me about Trafalgar Sq and Soho before that was that there wasnt a Manc to be seen, just a sea of Geordies loving every minute of it. I remember as well, my mate was all painted up and had a cameraman from the London Evening Standard stop and ask for a pic. When we got a copy of the paper it was in they'd had a double page spread of pics and not one of them contained a Man U fan. -
Im starting to see it like the makems, we need to beat him if only just to shut him up.

That's their way of trying to convince the fans that the lack of action now is because they're planning a big summer. Exactly, they really do see us as thick Northern monkeys. "shit Dennis, theyre not happy we havent signed anyone yet" "its awwwrite mate, hint that we're working on something big for the summer, that'll shut em ahhhhp"
