Just obtained one of these second hand however it only came with a Firewire lead which is no use to me. Anyone got a spare USB lead I can buy? maybe if someone has some flash docking station and no longer needs the standard lead? Also, what software do you use to download, Im not keen on the idea of using iTunes so Ive downloaded something called AnaPod manager which is supposed to allow the Pod to be seen as a device in My Computer, anyone else use it or know of anything better? Oh and Im after getting one of those car docks that transmits the iPod to an FM frequency on your radio, any thoughts on those n'all?

Said it once I'll say it again.... most managers could do a better job than the current one however, I dont want any old shite being put in just so we can be in the same position this time next year. I want the manager thats going to take us places, someone world class and proven. If that means waiting until the end of the season then so be it (if we can get him next week though then even better).

To be fair though i would accept anybody else in charge of the team for the time being rather than the fuckwit that is in charge just now.. 72757[/snapback] Why? another short term solution to a long term problem. This club needs stability and long term vision rather than another quick fix with the Shepherd hammer. Bringing in anything other than our first choice world class manager just to get rid of Souness wont solve the long term problem. All I can see happening from that is 12 months from now this board looking as it does now but with the word Souness being changed to Allardyce/ Curbishly. No manager coming in now will rescue our season and personally, I dont want to scrape into Europe and then go out straight away next season. Given the choice I'd rather make certain the manager was right for the job before we appoint him. Whether we finish 8th or 16th is irrelevent this season, its not good enough for this club.

I think we all know we're getting nothing out of this season but regardless of the scare mongering that goes on we also all know theres no way we're going down. I've given up the season, given up any hope that we'll manage anything but at the same time I've given up on the continual roundabout of managerial shenanigans that goes on. All I want is for Souness out and a proper serious world class manager to walk in the door, same day. No caretaker, no "shit we're managerless, lets take *insert random about to be sacked managers name here*" and no "Alan the saviour" (at least not yet). Give up on the season, lets take time to suss the players out, not rush Owen back and risk something worse then when the times right ie we have our first choice manager in the bag get rid of Souness and all his waste of space staff and start afresh.

Sorry I have to disagree with that, Souness has to go, YES, but the club is anything but rotten to the core. As far as Im concerned this club is one of the better run ones in the league, we get money when its needed, have ambition and enough business nous to make that ambition a reality. What we do have though is a naive chairman who wants whats best for the club but isnt good enough to make it happen. But at the end of the day he puts the money into the hands of the current manager, the manager he employed but as has been said before, we only took Souness because he was the only option and thats down to the way in which we dispensed with Robson, do that again and we'll end up with some other tuppence ha'penny piece of shite.
