oh fuck Im gonna look like one of the sandal wearers here but... when compared to other criminals ie rapists, muggers, murderers etc and the sentences we see handed out to some of them isnt nearly 4 years a bit harsh? dont get me wrong its a terrible thing to do, it risks lives, caused panic etc and looking at the fact he already has a previous conviction for the same thing (which could be a counter argument against me) isnt it possible this kid has a problem?
