  1. I want to see this formation: ---Krul--- ---Perch---Williamson---Coliccin---Enrique--- --------------------Tiote---------------- ---Jonas---Barton---Nolan--- -----------Ben Arfa----------------- ---Carroll----------------- Ben Arfa has to be more in attack, he's wasted out on the wing. With him and Barton pulling the string in the centre of the park, this would also help Carrol to create space for Jonas and Nolan in attack.
  2. 4-5-1 at home - two loses at home. We were so one dimentional today it was unreal. Carrol had zero support and Ben Arfa is just completely being wasted. He barely got a touch of the ball today. EVERYTHING needs to go through this lad, he needs to be playing in the whole behind a couple of strikers where he can do most the damage. I am sick of this negative tactic at home, you are never going to break down a side like Stoke by playing one up front. Come on Chris sort it out. The one plus for me today was Tiote. What an execellent buy he is turning out to be. VERY impressed with this lad.

Reports now that he's agreed personal terms, Medical on Monday... http://www.goal.com/en/news/9/england/2010...-set-to-undergo Can't they do the medical tomorrow and get the lad signed?

News paper in France is claiming he turned down the chance of joining Real. http://babelfish.yahoo.com/translate_url?d...TrUrl=Translate IF true...what a guy.

The lad was told he was surplus and that they'd find him a club, it's not his fault Marsaille are playing hard ball. I still hope he comes. And speaking of the lad, imagine having these lot in your squad. France are going to do well in the next World Cup.

No way will he be on 52k at Marseille. What I can believe however, is Ashley not willing to pay his wage demands. Whilst I appreciate the need to reel in the wage bill I think on this lad we need to make an exception. He could be the difference between us staying up or going down. Just flog the likes of Smith to get him off the wage bill...job done.

http://babelfish.yahoo.com/translate_url?d...TrUrl=Translate Werder Bremen have just signed Brazilian Wesley so that is them out of the equation.
  9. Blah, blah, blah........that's all I hear now.
  10. Anyone really believe Ashley was serious about selling the club for £100Mil?
  11. I think we still can. Can't believe we signed Peter on a 3 yr deal......no imagination. Exactly, a player of his age, position and injury record should never have been offered such a long deal. Maybe he wouldn't sign for a shorter duration but I really hope he's not on much at the very least. I simply cannot imagine him still being of much use to us in 2 years time, especially if we're back in the EPL. Smacks of desperation.

  13. Lets face it...........we're not going to sign anyone.
  14. I'm happy to say I was wrong........all things considered a decent performance. Ranger is definitely growing with confidence.
  15. Me too .......Simpson was rubbish was rubbish at CB........where's Collo?
  16. Smith might actually score in this league
  17. Jonas is a blow as well. Our only runner with a ball.
  18. Butt's legs have just gone. Ranger just needed some support, when Shola came on he managed to get more into the game. I hope Jonas is ok, looked like his hamstring had gone.
  19. http://timesonline.typepad.com/thegame/200...e-manager-.html Very well written.....it does make you think whether the supposed sale of the club was just a mere distraction whilst the club was asset stripped.
  20. Chris seems to have the dressing room..........that's reason enough to leave it as is.
  21. Me too....he looked bright when he came on the other day.
  22. Hopefully this will kick him into gear... http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/...-Gutierrez.html
