Yep, lemons and olive oil with everything, still you gotta love him!

It's all about the Joliver I love Jamie's 30 minute meals, great tips for speeding the cooking up and cutting corners. I call him Jamie 'sprinkle from a height' Oliver I know he doesn't always 'cook' from scratch and uses ready made things, but hey life's like that! We haven't all got time to stand and cook for hours. The meals are generally pretty healthy. The only gripe I have towards Jamie is he's way too heavy handed on the olive oil...even when a salad or main meal is finished he still drizzles loads more oil over it, its just a habit with him I reckon. that's for flavour! A drizzle of uncooked posh extra virgin on any main dish will sex it up big time. And as far as fats go, it's one of the healthiest and tastiest Yes but he adds it to food that already has it in! It doesnt need all that oil over the top, he puts loads of it on, yuk. Its still a fat so why eat more of it than you need?!

Happy Birthday sweetie, have a good day xxx

At least today the news is sounding more hopeful. I bought Alex Zanardi's biography a few years back for my son, a very good read and an inspirational character.

Oh no more sad news today. What a shame, he was so young. It doesnt seem clear how he died yet either.

We were looking at more photos of Kubicas rally car, it looked as if alot of it had been cut to get him out, awful for him. I hope he makes it through it all in one piece

Thanks to that ingenious () testing ban, they have little opportunity to get any driving in so they revert to other formulae. Perhaps the FIA will now finally put an end to that ridiculous ban. Chandhok is rumoured to be reserve for Team Lotus. Senna was announced as reserve for Renault earlier this week - was meant to be IMO. Ahh thanks Craig, I get mixed up with two Lotus teams God, Bruno Senna gives me the shivers when I see those eyes peering out of his helmet, it will be really strange to see him in a Lotus, I will get all teary eyed i know it

very sad that Amanda Holden has lost a second baby seven months into her pregnancy, poor woman.

I watched that series about Eddie, he is incredible! Sheer stubborness got him through what he did.

Aw feel really sorry for Kubica, doesnt sound like he'll make it back this season but you never know. What on earth was he doing Rallying so close to the start of a new season in F1? Who is Karun reserve driver for? I love the new McLaren too, looking good.

I'm a massive Top Gear fan but like I said two series back, the boys are just trying too hard now to be funny, its too staged and at times becoming cringeworthy. Just stop it!! Its not surprising that they are truely at their most comical and at their witty best when they are not trying to be comedians. The three have a natural chemistry which used to be so entertaining when they werent so aware of it, it just happened. Which is why I find them at their best when they are just sat around discussing the latest news. Its a shame they have become victims of their own popularity. I thought as soon as they did the Mexican 'gag' that they'd gone too far. It just wasnt really funny and they dont need to stoop so low. I rekon they should watch their old series and take notes, they need to go back to their roots before we lose what is actually a really good show.

You can always feed what you don't want to the grockles. I wouldnt waste good bread on them! I'd rather feed it to the pesky seagulls
