This WC has been a bit crap imho so far in term of general play and refereeing. Way too much stupid decisions, refs blowing way too meticulously. A return en masse of cheats, that once again go unpunished and get to play in the following games. Sheva and his pen against Tunisia for example. But I guess as long as Blattman is proud of himself then that's all that matters. I look forward to the Premierleague starting again.

So many amazingly idiotic cautions in this World Cup I have to say. Just now for the Tunisian bloke for tucking the ball in the net even though it was offside. The other day for the bloke who took a penalty too early ... the list goes on. Seems like the only new rule FIFA has told refs is "Whatever you do, don't use your brains".
