  1. Get to fuck, you've been on minimum wage for as long as I can remember. And Alex, the allotment is coming on lovely. Mate, it's not about what you've got in your wallet, it's about who you've got in your phonebook. Andrew, one of the few slices of joy to be taken from this pie is the utterly relentless flow of beautiful women traipsing about city centres, parks and riversides as this weather hits. A book, and a big twatty pair of shades cover a multitude of nefarious gazes Still always thinking of your belly...
  2. Aye Ashley takes the lion share of the blame but the idiots who signed shite like Smith, Geremi, Nolan, Taylor etc have played a massive part. We have arguably the worst midfield in the whole league...
  3. I don't know if Hull lose three and draw 2 they have 36 ponits. If they win one thats 38. I think Middlesbrough are fucked after today I can see them only getting another 3 points max. Blackburn I reckon could get 40 points so I reckon it is between us The Boro and Hull. I think we have a good chance of getting 9 points from our remaining home games. If we can squeeze a point tomorrow and against Villa I think that we could be safe. I am however not going to build my hopes too much. 4 home wins all season, you are building your hopes more than I am if you reckon we are going to win 3 on the trot. Aye they are winnable but when you think of our performances at home against the likes Stoke, Wigan, Mackems, Hull, Blackburn etc I can't even be as optimistic as you are...
  4. Staying overnight for both the Monday night games so I hope there a few bodies out for some drinks...
  5. I've been saying that for ages. When was the last time we won three home games in a row? And when you look at our results this season we failled to take full points from any of Blackburn, Wigan, Hull, Stoke, Wist am, the scum, citeh or everton (ok the last two we played a significant part of the game down to ten men) and struggled to beat Spurs, Bolton and West Brom (comfortably the weakest team in the league). The only game we have won and looked good was against Villa. You can look at the run ins of the likes of Hull, the scum and the kidde fiddlers and wonder where the points will come from we look no better. I can see a record low points keeping teams up this season but I fear it won't be us. We took 6 points off them and yet we are only 5 ahead of them. We really are shit and if we go down we deserve it...

  7. I am far from convinced that we are going to do it. People continue to talk about these three home games that are the ones that will keep us up but with only 4 home wins all season, and only 6 in total, I just cannot see us winning 3 in a row at home. Our record against our fellow strugglers is what is taking us down so again it does not fill me with any confidence, whilst you can highlight several games throughout the season when you look at the fact we are chasing Blackburn, Hull and the Mackems all of whom took points from us at St James Park and had they not we would be sitting above each of them. Once again on Saturday we looked very, very average. Yes we were missing the likes of Barton, Viduka, Martins and even Enrique who I believe would make a difference but those on the park (besides Beye and Bassong and perhaps a fit Owen) looked such an average team and no better than the dross around us. I still pray we do it but I don't have much hope...
  8. Not including the last two fixtures as there is a good chance they will be televised too that will be 18 out of 36 league games televised. Not bad for a shit side..
  9. Taking the inconvenience away from the moving of the fixtures what actually worries me more is the fact that all the other teams around us will have already played and quite possibly picked up points. This will add even more pressure to our team of bottlers...
  10. Look - either quit your job and move back to Crammy or pipe down. I don't think anything is worth bearing Manor Walks Shopping Centre on a regular basis. Plus, you'd miss the Cock too much. Howay man, it's bad enough when Fop refers to himself in the third person without you doing it as well.
  11. Well thats more time booked off from work...
  12. ...and force our away fans over to that shithole getting back at 1am in the morning. At the end of the day I feel sorry for people Scottish Mag, but see if I supported a club at the other end of the country like him or Matt, I'd either move there or pipe down. This benefits a lot of people this.
  13. 12:24 [Comment From HTT] If Shearer leaves at the end of the season, should we campaign for Ottmar Hitzfeld again?
  14. Speaking of Blaydon/Tyne/Cheyne/Bennie/Adidas etc He must have some kind of virus thing as I was getting random msn messages from him the other day... I see he is still into his happy hardcore... http://www.myspace.com/cheyne_toon
  15. I think all central defenders perform better with better players in front of them mate, that goes for Taylor, Colocinni and Bassong. But Colocinni is really struggling, his lack of pace and attempts to play too much football worry me a lot. I like centre halfs that stand tall, Colocinni did it in his first game, but has hardly done it at all since. Against a team like Stoke, 2 from 3 of Taylor, Bassong or Beye seems the best option. I agree that Coloccini is really struggling, no doubt about that. It just doesn't all of a sudden mean Taylor also isn't a liability at centre half. I still wouldn't let Taylor anywhere near centre half. His better performances have came from right back and I would be tempted to leave him there and Beye in the middle with Bassong...
  16. Hold your horses man ffs Got to say I don't know how anyone could have got the impression he was staying after 8 games. He categorically ruled it out several times. Do you not think he was being very cagey regarding many of his answers though. Things like "I hope to be in the stadium next season with Newcastle as a top flight club" and when pressed about his/Joes future saying that would be decided in the summer by other people. That and the fact hes contracted to the BBC and JFK to us, I don't think he could have said much more than he did tbh.. This. Everyone knows he's staying. You could tell by his face, even people that are trying to put an alternative slant on it, they know he's staying too IF WE STAY UP. Every question about afterwards was deflected to "the powers that be" - you'll have to ask them. Everyone knows the crack. I really hope your both right and I'm just shit at reading between the lines but I got a different impression. If we did stay up to go back to JFK would be unthinkable! Anyway the next 8 games are crucial first and for the first time in months I have some hope. If we stay up, bring JFK back and don't even offer it to Shearer there will be similar if not worse scenes around Newcastle than there was when KK left...

  18. There is no way JFK is coming back, they are just being respectful to him...
