Oh aye, consider this a Catmag-style reminder, by the way. :)

Parents are having a joint "60th birthday/40 years since we first met" party at a restaurant on Sunday night, and I'm sure my mere presence will suffice as a Father's Day gift. <_<

I've tried to pass off that 'Your child healthy and happy' as a gift one time.

Getting my Dad a Bottle of Red, because... to be honest... he's into Genealogy and this Charity he's running... not much I can buy for him in that regard

My dad and brother are heading off to Turkey for a lads holiday on Sunday morning so I won't even see him on Father's Day. I wasn't invited :)

Are you secretly a lad? :)

I always buy the old man a carnivorous plant on father's day. No idea where I'm going to buy one at such short notice though...

...can fuck right off. As can anyone unoriginal or idiotic enough to need a High Street chain's marketing department to tell them what their dad likes.

Tbf I bet there are fair few people who fall into that category.

No, but it's only a 'lad's holiday' in that they're the only ones going and they're both boys!
