Tottenham haven't spent much when it comes to net spending but they have sold players they maybe should have kept like Keane and Defoe. Albeit it they got insane money for Keane it looks like Berbatov is on his way and Tottenham will have to try and get a striker or two in a sellers market when other clubs will know that they have money. Man City have thrown some money about, Chelsea have spent the average £30m, Sunderland haven't dne badly but it looks like they are going to get ripped off for Ferdinand. Even though we need a few new faces I would say for the money we have spent - Guthrie being the main bargain - we have done very well for ourselves.
