Icke has been right about most of the things he has been rambling about for the last 10-15 years....id cards, surveillance, secret state and mind control..

 

Casbolt's speciality is MiLabs and underground bases and he says he was part of a programme and has been genetically tagged etc...Some rather fantastic stuff rerally. Do underground bases exist? Yes...Are military labs modifying humans...Nobody knows. Do Greys have their own bases in America? Probably.

What is interesting about some of the drawings released by the MoD is how many of them look like cruise missiles of various vintages = a lot of testing going on me thinks

ties in with activity out of BAe near Preston which has been involved in a lot of UAV development over the years

Not sure about Casbolt and how genuine he is, but researching his material and comparing it to other testaments, he did (maybe by chance) get some things right. You never know who's side some of these types are on mind.

He is deffo an interesting character, but isn't trained in and formal science or anything of the kind. He has his fans. Project Avalon is a good catchall of all these characters and indeed some are later exposed as having other agendas or simply a bit nutty etc...It has become a field where one can make a lot of money from talks/websites/dvd's etc..

 

Disclosure has already begun if you keep an eye out.

Are they good or bad? Both.

 

If we are to move to a group 1 civilisation from a group 0 it will come down to how we handle the next step.

Some of the things he talks about are definately interesting and there are many on the fringes who have done various experiments in things like the role of water (water can carry mutlitudes of information, during the atomic tests they found water molecules had been changed almost planet wide as if they had picked up a vibration form the water that had been vaporised near ground zero etc)..Universal consciousness and dark matter, the causal link of our holographic universe and ideas that the universe is alive is all good stuff...

 

He talks about a lot of films from Conact to The Last Mimzy as being teasers of the alien technology we already have. Always thought Carl Sagan knew a lot more than he let on.

MoD to destroy future UFO reports

 

 

The Ministry of Defence will destroy all future UFO reports it receives so it does not have to make them public, a previously secret memo reveals.

 

Britain's official UFO investigation unit and hotline were closed down at the start of December.

 

Since then reports of strange sights in the skies sent to the MoD have been kept for 30 days before being thrown out, the newly released policy document shows.

 

This stance was adopted so defence officials would not have to publish the information in response to freedom of information (FoI) requests or pass it to the National Archives.

 

The memo, dated November 11, 2009, sets out the MoD's reasons for shutting its UFO unit and ceasing to invite the public to send in details of sightings.

 

It notes that the number of reports the department received soared last year, taking up extra resources and diverting staff from "more valuable" defence-related activities.

 

The MoD recorded 634 UFO sightings in 2009, the second highest annual total after 1978, when there were 750, according to UFO expert Dr David Clarke.

 

This compares with an average of about 150 reports a year over the past decade.

 

The memo states: "The dedicated UFO hotline answer phone service and e-mail address serve no defence purpose, and merely encourage the generation of correspondence of no defence value.

 

"Accordingly these facilities should be withdrawn as soon as possible."

cloned vital organs in special growth hypo baric chambers, not hard at all just not professionally ethical,

The units had augmented and enhanced biological organs, that were also chipped, but growing them

using the hosts DNA and nanotechnology, these microcells can repair tissue rapidly on contact, they can

heal a cut that needs stitches in a matter of hours. But scar tissue is not repairable.

Jonathan C.... was one of the leading surgeons and he kept a log that I have included in the

documentation that you will receive, but he talks of the problems surrounding the units.

I also saw firsthand the psychological issues the units dealt with, when they were activated they would

often just cry, or walk in circles and rock back and forth, the brain could not handle the electrical

outputs of the various devices and implants and it also messed with motor skills of the unit. On paper

these guys were the fastest and strongest humans we have, in theory they were emotional wrecks with

no idea who they were or what they were. This was the start of my turn against the system as they were

all in the ages of 17 and 18 years old, they were just babies, young men that were tortured.
