If someone who does look at stats checked into some of the stuff I've posted though I think some opinions may be found to be fact. For example, Robert creating and scoring more goals than the rest of our midfielders combined. But he's shit because Souness said so, because he tells the truth to the press and because he doesn't tackle like Dave Mackay. Fine. We all want different things. If he'd even put in half the effort most players do, he would now be the best winger in the Premiership by a country mile. Now he's just unwanted at Pompey. Well done Laurent. I remember reading how he excelled at karate. horse-riding and football as a boy but decided the team sport would be the most challenging. But I can think of several players still at the club with worse attitude problems. It's a balance. Like Alex says, its up for debate whether he is worth the bother or not.
