Southern Geordie 1 Posted August 4, 2011 Share Posted August 4, 2011 I'm 5 foot 9 and 12 stone (about 176 kgs) which by my calculations is 0.2 away (ONE KG!) from being overweight on the BMI scale! When I left uni I was 10 stone... 3 years of full time work has seen me get a bit of a belly. Want to lose at least half a stone in 6 weeks for my holiday.
