My "own" recipe...

 

Box of mince (allow 1/4 lb per person)

Teaspoon of salt

Teaspoon of black pepper

1/2 tsp of vegetable oil

 

Mix together, mould into burger shapes, flatten out and refrigerate. The salt works its magic in binding it all together.

 

I've found the nicest burgers to be the most simple ones.
