Agreed they're in a recession. Apparently CEOs of big US companies say they're already firmly in a recession. 

 

I don't see a mechanism for Trump not surviving it tbh. But I'm fucking delighted that he's gonna have to wear it. 

 

Obviously the mong squad will believe his lies that it's still Biden's economy for a bit but that won't work for long.

Yeah, not saying Trump's demise is imminent and I don't know what mechanism will take him out. But in the end it is the incompetence of the regime and the impact this will have on the economy and the average Joe that will do it for him. He's an idiot surrounded by sycophantic idiots, can't possibly end well for him.

I don't get his point here. It already is Victory (in Europe) day. Is he just dropping the E? Highly debatable the US did more to secure victory in WW2 than either Russia or the UK, and he can fuck right off with any claim for WW1.

Is his point maybe that they haven't been celebrating it in the US? So they didn't have those names at all? That's how I read it. I don't actually mind it too much if it is that, no reason they shouldn't be allowed to recognise that day really.

Well they recognise 11th November (Veteran’s Day). I would think that, a bit like us, VE Day is only recognised when it’s the 70th, 80th anniversary, etc. So I think he’s just playing the ‘the world owes everything to America’ card again.
