My late uncle was a big advocate for red squirrels and considered greys to be vermin. 
His neighbour began feeding the greys , so he set up an easy access feeding station in his garden too. 
Then sat out the back with his air rifle and took them out systematically :lol:

Grim scenes in the garden today :( 

 

The rooks / crows who are nesting in one tree, paid a visit to the pigeons who are nesting 2 trees along. Lots of noise, feathers falling down and then Mrs pigeon came flying out.

 

20 seconds later the rook came out with one of the pigeons eggs in its beak.

 

What absolute cunts. I half tempted to turn the hosepipe on them.

 

This is not the garden for ruffians of any sort.

And yet there you are ... tramping it out in style on your patio couch.
