Do you mean that the maximum size of a group is 6?

The lad I'm talking about has been people added to his profile and he also is added to my profile. But it sounds like you're saying I shouldn't have been able to add him cos he's "already in an existing group".

AND YET I could.

that's the theory aye.

mind you, they haven't got a fucking clue what theyre doing so you could well have got away with it.

either that or you're about to be flagged for suspicious activity!

 you've tried to claim I'm flagged as a bot previously, but I've just got a "you're a special boy" email offering me Fulham tickets.

You're FLAILING.

in all seriousness mind, it would appear that the club are now holding a reserve ballot for all the games where they expect the away club to send back significant amounts of non sales (ie entire blocks) rather than put them in to resale like they always did.

it would be fair enough if they added another category to ticket purchasing between 'general sale' and 'resale' and advertised it as such for the appropriate match on the ticketing site. there's probably a fair few people desperate to get to a game who get an email but miss the opportunity to buy a ticket because they haven't checked their mail unaware such a new system exists.

it would be both logical and easy enough to implement and a token gesture to n.u.s.t. to say look how transparent we're being.

but then this is the weird and wonderful of nufc's box office.

FAILED in the Spurs ballot.

So far the only match I've been offered tickets for from the club (Fulham) is one where I didn't even enter the initial ballot for it cos I wasn't a member at the time.

regardless of the wisdom (or rather lack of) of advertising tickets on a facebook site in your own name, the club actually employing someone whose job it is to spy on social media and be instrumental in handing out punishments like this is beyond fucking pathetic.

They've had their fingers burned by the whole Barcelona game / Dundee school episode. IMO they're caught between a rock and a hard place because if they don't do 'something' then they'll be accused of standing by and allowing unofficial resell to continue.

We take the piss out of people in this thread and having been out of the loop for years, I'm not au fait with how ticketing works - is it fully digitised? It needs to be and with transfers that can ONLY happen with the involvement of the ticket office. They also need to be targetting resell tickets at those who've been most unsuccessful in the ballots.

Good luck to the club regaining it's lost (original) fanbase if they don't kick on as a club if some people are like me? Many times bitten, now quite shy.

precisely this.

also bear in mind that the cunt whose job it is to spy on social media very likely falls under the remit of safety and security. the deputy head of which sold on 2 tickets to unknowns in bruges market square, which the club had no alternative to admit to at the time.

ex pig and weapons grade thundercunt boyd weddell.

They did the same to me but I didn't lose my loyalty points, couple of seasons ago. I got a 3 game ban. The club specifically accused me of "ticket touting" in an email I still have. Am fully expecting a tap on the shoulder at any point tbh. They absolutely no longer want or require the type of support I bring ie non financial bar the cost of tickets :cuppa:

Aren’t they trying to sort the problem of people inflating their loyalty points by buying tickets to away games they’ve no intention of going to and selling them on?

That used to boil my piss as well, absolutely no problem if it's genuine but howay, man. Loads will rightly argue the whole points system is fair but in a daft way I preferred the free for all, first come first served pre points era but I would say that as it suited me more.

That seems more plausible. And most likely difficult to prove / disprove so they'll just lump everyone in together.
