I like the fact that he's basically a bit of an educational dropout that's worked his way up from the bottom at Toronto to where he is today. Yeah, the up from the bottom high fliers tend to be the best in my experience (by best I mean most effective) hope it holds true. Those good one's I've come across were all good listeners and I liked he mentioned listening a lot. Watching the interview I thought it was very natural and wasn't just corporate buzzword salad, he actually paused at times and considered what he was saying and the vibe was consistent throughout.
