Beat Chelsea next week, beat the mackems in the FA Cup, and finish strongly in the league.

That's the order of the day now.

Sign a right winger in January.

This season needs writing off as a learning experience, everything that could have gone wrong has gone wrong for us so far from injuries to most of the transfers not paying off to terrible luck.

I'm not up for blaming Schar or anyone else tbh. We were going for the win trying to finish a massively improbable second in the group of death, and we left ourselves open against a top European side.

It really doesn't need to be anyone's fault. I need a couple more seasons of this before I start slagging anyone for us not making the last 16 of the CL.

We've really been our own worst enemies tonight. Should be further ahead. Shouldn't have conceded the first goal. Really not a good performance despite the amount of control we've had over the game for large parts of it.

Naivety costing us big time.

Agreed; don't blame Schar for going on that attack.  Had chances to scupper that attack before it turned into a goal and didn't take them.  Breaks haven't gone our way.

It's this kind of attitude that I blame personally.

Having Burn back is massive.  He just needs to get back up to speed as does Longy etc.

Once Trippier returns from suspension Burn should be back on the bench. Tino is levels above already.

Can we see the empty eclair box?

Hmmmm?

I think we know who to blame for this.…

Man have we had shit luck in this competition. Didn't deserve to lose to Dortmund at home, had no breaks.  Should have been a win in Paris, got fucked. Didn't deserve to lose here, no breaks.
