A BOOZED-up visitor to a wildlife park was ripped to pieces by EIGHT crocodiles in front of 50 horrified tourists. He was dragged into the water by one of the beasts after he leaned over a rail to stroke it. Seven others then tore him to bits in the attack at Lake Carpintero sanctuary near Tampico, Mexico. Fire department spokesman Ramiro Alos said: “It’s unheard of for eight crocodiles to join forces in killing a man. “It’s the most savage attack in living memory in Mexico. “There are no remains and we can’t identify him. He must have suffered horrifically.

I stayed in Henderson Hall, it was quality, although a bit out of town. Castle Leazes is joe average accom, the main bonus is it's a 2minute walk from everything you need in uni.

He did 8 months ago: "Of course I would like to play in England," he told the Daily Mirror. "In Russia as well as England they are talking about Newcastle being interested in me and there has been no concrete offer. "In principle if they made an offer I would be interested." So if he doesn't now then it just adds to my negative opinion towards his attitude.

Online box office is totally fucked atm. You're meant to log in with your postcode and ST number. If that doesn't work you have to ring them for a new password. The registration as a member is for non season ticket holders to buy home match tickets online (I think) Cheers, I'll try that. I rang up and got a password, but that didn't work either. If that doesn't work try nufc99, worked for me. Log in under Steveies account, he wont mind

is also never going to happen Why not? It seems like all the other big clubs have decided against him. We could afford the fee, the wages and bring him to the Premiership. I don't believe the crap about Spurs offering him "European Football". For fucks sake it's travelling thousands of miles every other week to play farmers from Moldova. Anyways, he's already got a winners medal to his name. So if he considered Spurs, he'll consider us. Offer him enough £££'s and he'd be ours IMO. I think the money they're after and the wages he's after are probably the stumbling block. If KK sees him as the right sort of player anyway. I agree with the rest of what you say though. Spurs aren't that attractive at present and the likes of Barca don't seem remotely interested any more. Aye I suppose. Personally I'm not sure if i'd want him here. Class player, no doubt, but he doesn't seem to fit into the mentality of player KK wants to bring here. ie high quality and high workrate but also wants to play for the club. You get the feeling with Arshavin that as soon as a big club shows a sniff of interest, his agent would whore him all over Europe again.

Given admits there was a slice of fortune about the block that denied Campbell, but wasn’t complaining. He joked: “I get called blockhead sometimes, but it can come in handy."

NEWCASTLE United will step up their bid to take Real Madrid striker Javier Saviola on loan this week. And if they can pull off a deal for the Argentinian superstar, no-one will be more delighted than Kevin Keegan. Not surprisingly, Keegan was upbeat after yesterday’s great 1-1 draw with Manchester United at Old Trafford but he still hopes to add another couple of players to his squad before the transfer window which has been extended to lunch-time on Monday, September 1, slams shut once again. When the name of Saviola cropped up after yesterday’s game, Keegan insisted: “He would be nice for starters.” The Chronicle revealed on Saturday United’s interest in Saviola. And our information is that the recruitment team of Dennis Wise, Tony Jimenez and Jeff Vetere have been working on it for over a week now. One out-going deal which has been done and dusted over the weekend is the sale of Senegalese central defender Abdoulaye Faye to Stoke City for £2.25m. This is around the fee United have agreed with Ipswich Town for Shola Ameobi, and the striker is talking to Portman Road boss Jim Magilton. But it remains to be seen whether the recently-married Ameobi decides to move to Suffolk, knowing that he is free to talk to any club he wants to in January.

The double save from Rooney/Scholes was quality. The first shot, fair enough, i'd expect him to save. However, his instant awareness and reaction to get up and block Scholes' follow up effort was simple World Class goalkeeping. Hopefully he can stay injury free and return to his old self.

One of the main positives today when you looked through our team was the amount of pace we possess now. Duff, N'Zogbia, Martins, Beye and Gutierrez are all quick and the other's who were playing aren't exactly slouches, plus we've got Owen still to come back as well.
-
I presume you are talking about when Duff plays wide left rather than up front where he did today, if so, where do you put Gutierrez ? What a nice problem to have tbh. It's finally good to have a few good quality options to choose from.
-
Only fault with Riley today IMO was when Gutierrez was through early doors and he was nudged out the way, it was a definite free kick for us just outside the box. Correct decision for the penalty appeal on Milner IMO, arm fairly low down and didn't move towards the ball, since he was flinching.

If we'd have got these signings done in pre-season we may well have beaten ManU. We did. Regards, Attain FYP

Oh well, not far off. And you can say what you like about sending crocks to the Olympics, but Radcliffe did bloody well, all things considered. And apparently Liz Yelling broke a rib when she fell halfway through, so ditto for her. Not exactly a classic night. Two thumbs up for the Romanian granny who won it though, only one who had the guts to try and make a race of it... Aye it was a quality effort from all three of them. Shame circumstances ruined two of their races. Bring on 2012. Another Brilliant day for the mighty GB
