Generic small time football blather thread FOREVER

Aye, we can't even shift our half decent deadwood due to their over inflated wages. Hayden, Lewis, Hendrick and Fraser will all go on loan deals (probably subsidised by NUFC) until their contracts expire and get free transfers. -

I think the refs get a hard deal a lot of the time. They must get 99% decisions correct at this level and they are bound to miss or misjudge the odd decision. Even the players fuck up. How many chances does a striker miss per season for example? VAR needs to be binned off. Even the VAR officials get it wrong after looking at it for 5 minutes. Plus It has taken the enjoyment out of scoring a goal, as I tend to hold back now just in case it’s ruled out cos a players pube is offside. And then that’s subjective as well with these dodgy offside lines. The only benefit I can see is that it’s stopped a lot of diving. Keep goal line technology and bin VAR off. -
PaddockLad is obsessed with Brunos kid. A red flag right there to the new missus.

Do we have a correlation between his bleached blonde hair and his performance level? I feel like he performs better with. Over to you stats guys.

Brighton's players are meticulously drilled. They've turned Billy Gilmour into a player that couldn't get a game for Norwich to over running our midfield. It will be really interesting to see how Caciedo gets on at Chelsea. He hasn't looked great yet but I think Poch will get him playing.

I think the temp can get to mid 30s in summer months so assume its air conditioned.

Not many goals in that midfield.

£90m? Ouch. Poor old Man Utd not being able to compete financially. -
Aye, you could pick on just about anyone. Id be seriously tempted to got 4-4-1-1 (or 4-2-3-1 if you fancy) but I think we've bought players for the 4-3-3 and thats our model going forward. Its easy to be a bit knee-jerk after a few defeats though so I'll trust what Howe does.

As long as Sky have existed they leaned towards bringing in Man U and Liverpool ex-players. -

Being fit and match are completely two different things. Just look at the Bruce team. Even Wilson points that out early in Howes tenure that they are all much fitter now. -
Looking forward to the fan reactions already

Garnacho was probably onside as well. Especially now that we know how dodgy the lines are.

There wasn’t much in it first half and the first goal was super important. We didn’t come out the second half. Very flat from us. I was also a bit disappointed with our setup from your goal kicks. Brighton set the trap and we fell into it every time. So easy for Gilmour to get on the ball. We don’t have a constant goal scorer on our wings either so goals will be sparse until Howe trusts Barnes to play. although Isak is a superior player Wilson is more of a goal threat. I don’t think Howe will go for it but I’d be tempted to play Bruno and Tonali as 6s with Isak in 10.

I think you can pick on any of the players after the last few games. Nick Pope has been absolute shite this season as well.
-
Not sure I agree with that. He went on loan to Norwich last season so obviously willing. And I suspect that he failed his medical at Luton.

Who are you suggesting?

Hendrick to Sheff Wed. what a start to the day. Magic.

The one thing I will say about Staveley is that she is massively emotionally invested (almost too much) which will be interesting when eddie goes through a real bad patch.
-
Yeah. And I watched him v West Ham. He drops so deep to pick the ball up he practically goes Into the back 4. Suppose it gives the full backs a bit more license but on the other hand modern day centre backs can play the ball out. Interesting to see how it works for Man U.

Looks like £45m (after add one). Interesting to see if he will lead the line for spurs instead of richarlison.
-
That’s exactly how I imagine Wyki looks like
