I think Trippier as been a bit ropey in the WC. Certainly not hit levels he has with us. Mount needs dropping for Foden and Maddison needs some minutes. I'd also start Grealish over Sterling. Sterling maybe more potent but we could barely keep the ball v USA. Grealish is generally good at keeping possession and wins lots of fouls - which me might need.

Its not even a contest. He should have gone for Joyce. At least he has half a chance.

Mrs said since COVID they just get the brunt of everything. In reality, the NHS has probably gone now. Even if an alternative gov got in now its going to take decades to repair. Staff shortages everywhere

I reckon my local A&E will be lucky to survive another year. Nurses dropping like flies over abuse and stress. I'd say its a mix of brutal Tory austerity, new found British entitlement and lack of respect to staff. I hope no-one gets sick soon.

No real surprises. I wouldn't be picking Phillips as he has barely kicked a ball this year. Same for Maguire. Eric Dier is absolute dog shit as well. Its not a great squad with lots of players out of form or not even fit. Can't see us doing well.

I agree. He was key to getting us where we needed to but then we needed to upgrade to get to the next level. Lascelles would walk the championship and be a decent CB for lower league PL team that are well drilled. But he is just isn't good enough on the ball to play in this team. Shame, as he seems like a good character. Like Killa was.

Yeah, ASM is actually better suited to a team of strugglers where he is a god. Works for his ego and style of play (selfish) - a bit like Ben Arfa. He'll be great off the bench but doubt he'd be happy with that full time.
