  1. Thanks - will give that a try.
  2. Hi - does anyone have/know someone with 1 spare ticket for QPR please?
  3. Does anyone know if there will be any away tickets for sale tomorrow at the ground? Or does anyone have two spare tickets for sale?
  4. He's at Palace now - £5 million touted as the fee. If Pardew goes, we're lining up an approach for Frank De Boer from Ajax.
  5. http://www.joeybarton.com/interview-with-jonathan-northcroft/ Listen from about 4 minutes - Barton reckons Pardew is the best English manager around.
  6. I feel for Pardew because guaranteed 110% these are not his words. This has Wendy Taylor/Ashley written all over it. He's the scapegoat, the one they hope the fans will vent anger on.
  7. Gut is telling me there's zero chance of Ba coming back on loan. We can't afford another loanee with high wages. And not sure I want him back. He had his chance, and he left. Tough shit, enjoy the bench son at Chelski (sorry reserves, no room on the bench for you) and now tell us that you can play at a better club than ours.
  8. Had a dream about this game last night. Ben Arfa scored a wonder goal to take us one up, Navas equalised before Shola Ameobi scored a last minute winner! Get that on at the bookies! ha
  9. Tonight's game will now tell us what's going on. Cabaye withdrawn from squad = bye bye! Cabaye plays + goes over to fans after match = bye bye!
  10. If I'm a season ticket holder, how do I get hold of that class shirt? Is it available online or do I need to ring up?
  11. Just watched a youtube clip of Gignac - know's how to find the net like!!
  12. I think our priorities would be to get strikers and someone who can play wide right. Tbh I think we should be signing Bent, Remy and Sinclair. Sinclair for me would be an outstanding signing. Him wide left, with Barfa wide right, and then competition for Cisse up front. It would be amazing to be able to call upon the likes of Remy/Bent/Campbell instead of Ameobi.
  13. Apparently, he's quoted in saying that Cabaye, Ben Arfa and Cisse are going nowhere. To be honest, all the reports say is that Kinnear has final say. He will be working with Carr and Pardew, it just means that he has final shout. Which tbf, I would rather have him making the decision than having to go through Dekka and Ashley every time. Things might be done a lot quicker. We'll soon see.
  14. Unless they've a manager waiting in the wings who Rooney would want to play for?
  15. I agree it won't happen, but I do believe that we're interested and going to attempt to try and lure him up north with a few old wifies
  16. Aye but I think he'd be willing to take a massive pay-cut, bearing in mind what he could get from Ashley/Sports Direct. Win-Win for Rooney and Ashley, the new face of the biggest sports company in the UK. Sponsorship for that would be unreal.
  17. I think there is a major shake-up coming to NUFC. I hate this time of year with all the transfer rumours floating around. But for some reason, I believe there is life in the Rooney bid today. It's an exclusive story, built up earlier on twitter for release at 2pm, and is released through Ashley's own news site. I just have a feeling that a change of manager might be happening too. Benitez or the boy at Montpellier would be quite good.
  18. What happens if he is though? Doesn't matter either way - this is either rubbish and not happening, or does happen and Pardew plays him at RB.
  19. Journos already at it - NUFC to make shock bid for Rooney http://www.sportsdir...-rooney-bid.php
  20. Thanks. I'd want to know: 1) Why do we play lump ball with technical players on the field? 2) How come we seem to have more injuries than other clubs? 3) Why does our team come out in 2nd half of games looking disinterested? 4) Why have we not scored from a corner since 2011?
  21. I read somewhere there was an announcement this evening from the club, is this true? Or a load of shit
  22. Was going to write that, but expected folk to hunt me down! We looked so much more solid with the 442-esque set-up against West Ham
  23. Not sure if it's been mentioned, but its doing the rounds that Sissoko is missing for last two games.
  24. I think we should be hoping that Sunderland lose their games not Wigan, because Wigan look like they'll beat anyone atm. Especially since they have no Sessegnon and relying on a striker who hasn't found the net.
