The commentary team kept telling us this was the best referee in the world. In the first half he avoided giving them several yellow cards and in the second half he carded them for everything then is bullied into a ridiculous penalty at the end. If that’s the best referee in the world then maybe we’re not too badly off in the PL.

I don’t see how anyone goes to the screen and awards that. Its the sort of decision that if he gives the pen in real time you’d expect him to go to the screen and overturn it.
