On sky Pardew said something along the lines of him really being a bit annoyed at not playing, having played great in training. Can't remember if he specifically said annoyed at not playing or not coming on though. Anyway, to me it sounded more like Pardew didn't want to put him on rather than Obertan refusing to play. Be awesome though if we could get rid of him if he did refuse to come on. And Tooj, great pic, is he ever not smiling these days?!

Good interview from pardew on sky. Definitely not pleased with the first half, but not just the personnel/formation he wanted to change, but the attitude, which to me must be harder to change at half time. Good half time from him, good second half from us.

That's pretty interesting reading an outside perspective. From my point of view, I lurked for ages before I actually joined, so I guess I had a bit of an idea about what the forum was like and how people were with each other. Part of the reason I did join was because there was a lot more freedom in posting, no moderating posts for swearing etc, and that people actually seemed to have an idea about what others were like and could take the piss out of each other, but (mostly) not going ott. And in terms of numbers of people who do actually post, I guess there must be a fair few like me who simply don't get on here all the time or find someone has already put what they were going to say (possibly worded better as well) and it kinda feels pointless making the same post again. Just my 2c.

Hugely pleased and massively relieved. A couple of you may remember I took my Aca (chartered accountancy) finals in November and failed one. I took the resit in July and got my result an hour ago. Passed the bastard! Now, no more exams, ever, and I'm a qualified chartered accountant!
