  1. Awesome, just the 800 to go. Only one I will see, but I think it might just be a bit special!
  2. Sat outside the stadium. HUGE roars for bolt.
  3. On my way there now. So looking forward to it. Daring to hope for two golds this evening!
  4. Getting excited, on the train on the way up to the Olympics, come on Jess, come on Mo!
  5. Ted. Alright, quite funny. About what you'd expect really (although that's based on not having seen family guy beyond series 5 or so). Mila Kunis is smoking hot.
  6. And another rowing bronze. Should now be 4th in the table I think.
  7. Gold in the rowing! Plus another bronze. Great stuff.
  8. Good work, Mr Fist! Google tells me she is an Italian volleyball player (but not the beach variety). Lets just say, worth an image search.
  9. That would be: Also, another pole vaulter: Melanie Adams (Australian)
  10. Big Bang is great. Only thing I'd add to what people have said is Band of Brothers, watched that through about 6 times now. Just one of the best things ever made.
  11. Going to be there for the evening session that day. 800m of the heptathlon, women's 100m, Mo Farah in the 10k and some form of jumping or other.
  12. Top stuff mate. Looks stunning. Enjoying?
  13. Saw Dark Knight Rises last night. Didn't seem at all long, did miss a bit of what Bane was saying every now and then, but more than that he just has a weird sounding voice. Pretty damn good though.
  14. Not watching but checking the score every now and then. Smith is just a beast. Someone I'd like to hate seeing as he always does well against us, but you've got to respect the sheer number of runs he's notched up against us. First real series I can remember watching was when they were here I think in 2003, when he was getting double tons and so on. Excellent player. And to do all that as a new captain at the age of what, 22-23 or something overseas? Quite impressive. Bastard.
  15. Yeah, I could see that it was a clever system and one that should work really well, and I kinda was able to do it, but only to a certain level. After that I was flicking the sticks around madly and not doing what I was hoping to do. I don't think it helped that I had played and enjoyed a lot of TH and just wanted to hold down buttons and one direction, but I guess a lot of people who played Skate would have played TH as well, so they must have got over it! Just not enough time to spend trying to master it I guess.
  16. Had a bad feeling it may go like that. Although I have to say the few times I played Skate round at my brother's I found it immensely frustrating!
  17. I vaguely remember this revert thing existing in later games, but can't for the life of me remember what it is??
  18. Oh yeah, completely forgotten about that! Does that mean the store have found you a lefty then? Well, I hope computer game design stuff pays bloody well!
  19. How is it? Sweet as! Those first two games were my introduction to Goldfinger and Millencolin (Millencolin were actually the first proper band I ever saw live, and seen Goldfinger a couple of times). Don't really listen to either much nowadays, but every now and then when my music is on shuffle they come on and its a good bit of nostalgia if nothing else.
  20. Nice. Spose you have just started a new job/graduated, basically a reward for all that isn't it?!
  21. Not at SJP, but going to either 1/4s or semi at Wembley, can't remember which. Wasn't really expecting much from it, but neither my Dad nor I have been to any matches in years and neither of us have been to Wembley, so thought as we were going for other Olympic tickets we may as well go for some football ones as well. Absolutely no idea who we could get to see, hopefully someone decent enough though. Btw, Brazil's forward line looks pretty special.
  22. Can't stand him. When he's a pundit, whenever he says anything he leans forward in his chair, waves his hand around, staring at Logan or whoever with his unblinking bulbous eyes, then sits back in his chair after he's finished gabbling on, looking like a smug bastard having just imparted the greatest wisdom of all time upon a grateful audience. Every fucking time. Was Dixon binned or did he walk? Towards the end of the season it did look a bit like BBC were freezing him out a bit. Out of the regular MOTD pundits, I thought he was probably the best 'cos he was the only one who seemed to try, especially with tactics, and didn't seem to worry about disagreeing with the rest of them. Of their guests, the best I think were Leonardo, and recently Vialli, who I thought was absolutely class at the Euros. Jurgen seems ok some of the time, but would probably become like the rest if he was on more regularly. Better than Adebayor at the World Cup, what a disaster he was. I can't see the beeb shaking up MOTD too much, really. Hansen needs to either shut up with the cliches (have you noticed he says like pretty much every sentance, very annoying) or move on. For me, I would like to see a bit more debate or tactical analysis than they do at the moment, rather than just reviewing to death exactly what we've just seen in the highlights. Obviously you need to go over the key areas, but they don't seem to really cover the tactics in any real detail. Haven't seen much of MNF since Neville has been on, does he do a bit more of this sort of thing?
  23. Never played it. Some of my friends are massively obsessed by it though, to the lengths of having their own server for it. They showed the game to me ages ago, and I just do not get the appeal. But I still have so many games to play, so its probably best I don't even try to work it out!
  24. Don't spose you know how much it is on psn do you? Or whether they keep the awesome music from the first two? (specifically Goldfinger and Millencolin!)
