So I can't charge and use headphones at the same time, or I can have proprietary headphones, or bluetooth. None being things I'm interested in, what's the benefit to removing a universal standard headphone adapter?

I'm interested in it, may well step back from iPhones altogether with this upgrade if the "no headphone jack" rumour turns out to be true.

Aye, you can't expect older hardware to continue performing at the same level as software is put onto it designed, mostly, for newer and more powerful hardware. If you expect a 4 or 5 year old computer to run the same as it did when it was new you need to realign your expectations.

It won't. I am too btw (other people have iphones you know ) I have a 6, which runs fine, my mrs has my previous phone, a 5, which also runs fine. I have an iPad 2 as well and thats still fine, other than its battery being a bit tired.

Pretty much, I stream all of my music and podcasts, watch a lot of youtube, use quite a few other data intensive apps an things. I keep wifi off most of the time as well since I've always had unlimited data plans.

Struggling to find something here, unlimited data doesn't seem to be a thing anymore really.

Yeah I just checked my usage, last 7 months my lowest was 12Gb, highest was 20

Right, it is upgrade day on my current contract. I'm with 3 at the moment but have no real desire to stay with them, though I will be keeping my number. I'm an iPhone user and that's not changing, I know the 7 is likely to be announced in the next couple of weeks but I don't care that much, 6S will do me just fine. So, networks? I've had a look at GiffGaff and they seem alright, coverage is there, plans are good for what I want, any horror stories? Anyone else had any particularly good experiences with other providers?

He's fast, thats all I know about him tbh. DId little for Everton or Malaga on loan from the looks of things but ok for Vitesse. I think(hope) this might be one we do want as just a loan going off that. We seem to be adding some pace in places though which is nice.
