I think we've seen improvement on that already over the course of this season with him though.
-
I think the idea that the lightweight attacking mids from abroad can't deal with the PL is a bit in the past now tbh. Look at the likes of Silva, Cazorla, Ozil, Oscar etc. None of them at any bigger or tougher than Cabella really, its just the same old thing, new league at a higher level takes time to adjust to, certainly not helped by the shit he has playing with him. He'll come good I think.
-
Someone like them but not them I reckon since they've been fucked over by their owner now haven't they? Zenit perhaps.
-
Im not sure tbh, the Qatar teams like their "big name" forwards and star players(Pirlo or Xavi as non-forward examples). Hes not the sort of player they'd be going for surely?
-
We did surprisingly well in this one http://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2015/may/19/premier-league-clubs-ineptitude-index we're only the 8th most inept team in the league apparently
-
Gouffran and Obertan won't want to stay, they'll head back to France imo where they still have something resembling a reputation as a professional footballer.
-
I think all 4 of your least likely to go may well go. Tiote and Cisse being dead certs. Cisse will be off somewhere for a massive payday, hes 29 and if he gets much older with us we'll get nothing for him, Tiote isn't as good as he thinks and won't have the takers he wants in the PL, Will go abroad.

wait, so Krul and Janmaat are the least likely to leave? or most?
-
It could be argued. On the other hand, if Sissoko wants to move to a CL club (ie one he isn't good enough for) then getting relegated isn't going to do him much good. Any club interested in him, thats had him scouted throughout the season, will mostly see a sulky, inconsistent performer who can dominate games but too often doesn't. I can't think of a club that will regularly get through the group stages of the champions league who would want him as a starter. Janmaat will find one of those clubs quite easily mind imo and we'd miss him a lot more. Krul to go too I think once De Gea goes to Real Madrid a bit of a goalkeeper merry-go-round will start and we'll lose him to someone like Spurs or Stoke

they are, but they also need homegrown squad players for their european campaigns.

ok so lets pick that apart

Aren't the final day games all at 3pm and not on tv? -
In what way were we better?
-
Everyone was gloomy as fuck last time we got relegated, people were putting money on us going straight down to league 1. Then we got 102 points and it was ace. And Alan Smith was captain and Shola scored a hat-trick against Reading. We were worse then than we are now.
-
We'll stay up. If not we'll go down and potentially actually win some football matches. its a win win!
-
He's been warning Sterling about the dangers of moving away. A man who could have played for Chelsea, Real Madrid and/or Inter but stayed put and won a fraction of the things he would've if he'd moved.
-
It looks, just for a moment, like hes going to manage to do the full wile e coyote and take a couple of steps on thin air before falling.
-
manager of the season contender still?
-
I actually agree with that lineup. Jonas there to help out Anita at fullback, janmaat unlikely to need as much so Cabella in front of him. Don't think we'll get two out and out strikers though. I think riviere with Cabella and Perez wide. Taylor sissoko and colback in midfield. Same defence

"understood" "though to be premature" (typo included for accuracy) Aye Lee so basically you don't think its true but have nothing to back it up with?

Is there a decent fake/cheap shirts site knocking about at the moment like thefootballshirt used to be?
