youre right though, theyre fucking awful if the scrutinising is a problem then help them out with technology, if you refuse that then you have to force standards to be higher or at least be more proactive in sorting stuff out post match, rescinding cards and suchlike though that doesn't help when you have perfectly good goals ruled out or bad ones ruled in
