    I think if O'Neill came in now he'd have a similar positive effect that he's had down the road. That could last the entire rest of the season and into then next. I think he then wouldn't really be backed the way he'd want to be backed in the transfer market and then he'd fuck off again. In the meantime, results would have tailed off again as he began to get disillusioned. This could take in a 1 year period of management or 2 years, doesnt make much odds to me. You're beyond naive is all it boils down to. agreed as for MoN he left villa once the cash had dried up and have no doubt he'll do the same at sunderland once things start to go sour. wouldn't be able to cope with the eyes on him here since so many revel in telling us we're not important while avidly watching everything we do

    I would, I'm happy with progress year on year points wise year last year we were within one match of 9/8th (though fulham had a good enough goal diff for us not to overtake them) but then the other way we were one match from blackburn in 15th if we can show a marked improvement at the end of this season being in the top half then yeh I'll be perfectly happy, coming back from relegation and the way we lost players after going down and rebuilt the team and are continuing to do so all I ask for is for us to improve, I don't see us breaking that group of the top 5/6 without more substantial investment in the team but that may or may not come in time (who knows?) so for now improvement season on season = happy me

    PC can be tough to get hold of, we don't even stock it (though we're not a dedicated game store) I can understand them to an extent but its the whole "managers are out, no I wont tell you who I am" side of it that I find distasteful, every shop has a few unhappy customers who ask for managers or higher ups contact details and youve nothing to gain by not giving them, we do, soon as anyone asks we'll hand out the regional managers number as we know, unless we're genuinely wrong, that he'll come down on our side so what've we to worry about unless we're actually trying to fuck customers over just looked and am surprised to say our website has fifa 12 on the PC in stock http://www.bee.com/games/pc/sport/fifa-12-6/ though its more than play are offering it for so go there

    Do you have a link to those stats? Keen to see them. I think, with the exception of Obertan, we have a midfield that can keep possession well. Especially when playing in front of Colo, and I think Santon will only help on that front. I don't I'm afraid, used our match reports on the beeb site and jotted them down, will say the only match we got dominated in possession wise was man city though which is pretty much to be expected, the rest were largely between 45 and 55 which is obviously pretty even and then there was one with us getting a good figure against someone...can't remember who though off they top of my head.

    aye thats true but he doesnt play alongside someone like Ba, he plays alongside Carroll or Stewart Downing hes their main focus as a goal threat and hes not that great at scoring the rest of the teams not much cop either, defence is for the most part crap, apart from Jose and Reina midfields about as over rated as they come since it contains Adam, Henderson and Downing, Gerrards basically a walking injury and hes still the best theyve got by a long way. we can beat these
