Probably fake. I'm pretty sure they all are now I actually have a proper look at them, except for possibly the Ribery (unless someone's faked up an account of his wife too) and Benzema (a few personal pics) ones. The Ben Arfa one is real but it's not his personal account, which makes it strange that you can't send the public one a friend request.
