What would happen at the Toontastic New Years Party
Monroe Transfer replied to Christmas Tree 's topic in General Chat
So Leazes is a bitter drinker. Can't say I'm surprised. -
Feeling rough still and the couple of things I could have gone to would cost me a fair bit of £££ and probably not be worth it... so I'll be giving it all a miss tonight. I've done my fair share of drinking over the last couple of weeks and I don't really care about NYE so I'm not bothered about not doing anything. When I was younger though I'd have been gutted if I found myself not doing something for it. Ah well. A night in with my 360, sounds about right.

Yeah he was living the dream, no doubt. He's deed man. FMP

Ngog? Ranger and Best haven't really had a chance to prove themselves in the top flight, to be fair. edit; and the journo has forgotten that Xisco exists. Can't blame him though.

QPR have access to more cash than us don't they? They'd never sell him because a.) they can afford not to, and b.) they'll be in this league next season regardless the way things are going, and it would be suicide for them to get rid of their best player when they need him most. He's young enough to take the risk of them faltering and not going up after all too, he'd have plenty of suitors next Summer if that scenario came to be. Can foresee Spurs buying him back á la Kaboul were that to happen.

Is it written in the stars or something? Personally don't think Carroll will be going anywhere because Ashley knows that encouraging such a move would be the last straw for the remaining fans who have put up with him.

I love how some of you lot are so aware of her sexual exploits. I get the impression she knocked a couple of you back in the 80s and you're still bitter. -
He usually is.

So how many of you will be spending NYE on Toontastic? Feeling pretty ill today so not sure I'll end up anywhere tonight. Don't think I'd fancy attending a TT NYE party myself anyway - I'd probably get glassed by Stevie/Leazes for being an out of towner or because I used to post on Newcastle-Online. -

You mean the one he did for Marilyn Monroe first? -

Shane Ferguson tearing apart international opposition

I'm not sure covering a Michael Jackson tune is really what CT needs to do right now. -
Bye bye Premier League. (slight exaggeration maybe but it doesn't help)

Ferguson is such an "outstanding" player that Christmas Tree isn't sure what position he plays in. He's that good. -

Saw that comment on the bottom of the linked page, and had to close the tab there and then. Any more of that nonsense and I would have cringed myself to death.

couldn't be bothered starting a new thread, nor finding the right one. If the mods/admin want to be useful, nows there chance Source? Either way there's no chance, we can't afford his wages.

Not everyone at the club is stupid - they'll have been keeping a close eye on his recovery/rehab thus far, and consulting with medical experts on a regular basis. By all accounts his double break happened in one of the 'better' places one can break their leg, and is fully recoverable. Besides, he's a clever player - even if he's lost a little bit of pace, he's still got plenty of other attributes.

Wouldn't mind seeing Carroll play off Keyboard Cat, myself.

Just a little bit repulsed then?
