Oh Keith.

They're fucking tapped man. None of them seem capable of understanding that there is a huge gap between the championship and Premier league. Most rate Clarke higher than Gordon. Both in ability and value. They're about the same age I think. Gordon has played nearly 100 PL games. Clarke has played **checks notes** - none. Mind, could we bring Toney back here as a mentor to Tonali?

I hope we smash the cunts next Saturday. Again.

Apart from the fact this never happened, the fucking nerve of them to accuse Newcastle fans of believing in conspiracies!
-
Some goal that, potential goal of the season.

Detest the Dutch cone headed twat and obviously it's better for Nufc for Everton to win, but I really want them relegated this year. A draw is the logical result here, with both teams playing shite.

Turns out the cash rich Chelsea lads are more prone to the brown money bags than skint Bournemouth were. Ruined my weekend this news.

What app tells you where the metros are?

Urghhh. Developed terrible toothache yesterday, I pay private so saw the dentist this morning and if I was in pain when I went in I was in agony by the time I left after he had done whatever the fuck he was doing to my teeth. They've been "varnished" which should help the pain settle down apparently but I might need my crown replaced with a root canal which sounds fun. Anyway, I am zonked out now on my mum's codeine stash and making repeated mistakes in my work. And I've just now noticed a fraudulent transaction on my credit card I need to deal with. This happens all the fucking time with Barclaycard, anybody else suffered this?

True, I know countless anecdotes like this. I think private schooling would bebetter but no doubt the competition for places is high. And I assume Meenzer would need a PGCE. I had assumed these would be free from fees but this is tory Britain so..... no.

You're in an excellent location workwise, good access to London and the home county new towns. Take your time and try to move into something you'll enjoy or at least not hate. No offence to the bean counters, and it well compensated, but accountancy? Teaching, could you get yourself into a university or private school?

Nice to see Bridget is gettting the hang of this politics malarkey with the de rigeur oversized necklace.

If AI can replace a human translator then surely it can eplace a human calculator? Just saying.

A staggring graph, and all within the government's control. Yet the only thing they want to talk about is small boats and sending 200 people to Rwanda. This country is insane.
-
Might add, I'm not blaming immigrants for anything! They should boost GDP. Just think they might be masking a bigger problem in the economy (falling productivity).
-
No, I'm not talking about small boats/refugees, which is comparatively negigible. This 672,000 figure is legal immigration, which the government now has full control over. A mixture of people coming for work, family of people coming for work, and students.
-
We're witnesssing our GDP per capita falling by 1% per annum, which is never talked about. Now for the racist bit. When we had FoM in the EU, the large majority of immigrants were young productive people who worked and boosted our GDP. They then either settled here or went back to their respective countrues. Now we have few Europeans coming over (in fact net loss I think), and whoever is coming over is not boosting our GDP. That's clearly not a good thing imo, I'm interested in other viewpoints or whether I am missing something fundamental here.
-
Well I'll let the bean counters flick their beans at each other. Why is nobody talking about the fct we are increasing our population by 1% per annum but not seeing any growth?
-
Question for any economists on here if there is any (I dabble but not really in macroeconomics). Maybe the bean copunters ewerk or Gemmill can help. Net immigration numbers today - 672,000. Now what I want to know, does GDP take this into account? So, when we get the GDP figures, that's not GDP per capita, is it? Shouldn't, all thing being equal, immigration alone should provide a GDP boost of 1% per annum. But we're not seeing this, so in meaningful terms, the economy is contracting?

First time I've ever heard that phrase.
