They've won one more European trophy than us and virtually all of their success has come in two relatively short spells (the 30s after Chapman came from Huddersfield and the late 80s up to the first few years of Wenger). The sense of entitlement is somewhat out of step with reality but I suppose that's modern football for you.

 lol: A grown-up bloke talking like that ffs. "It took me long to get in the ground, yeah? Because I had trouble with my ticket, innit?"
-
You just know that's her cum face face as well

I bet those famous people he keeps mentioning don't even like the prick. His one geniune sleb mate was KP and he basically sold him down the river in his constant desperate craving of attention.

What a tiresome cunt that bloke is. Edit: looks like he's tucked himself in http://www.bbc.co.uk/newsbeat/article/38978004/jk-rowling-tricks-piers-morgan-on-twitter-with-his-own-work

I see Adam Voges has packed in playing international cricket. Talk about playing for your average.

This is the best they have to offer in terms of leadership as well

I remember being at that match. Sat in the old West (now Milburn) stand. 33 years ago this May ffs. It was a 2-2 draw against Liverpool (league champions and just a couple of weeks before they would win their 4th European Cup).
-
Is there? Brilliant. I only heard the bit on the news where he claimed he didn't know it was on his website (taken from a radio interview). What a weird thing to lie about (then think he wouldn't get caught out).
-
I see he's trying to get his press secretary to take the fall over this now. Like he didn't know about it ffs.
-
I would also add if he was just about waiting for a suitably big job to come along he probably wouldn't have come here in the first place and wouldn't have stayed last summer. There's obviously more to him than that in terms of what makes him tick
-
Possibly (probably tbf) but what happened in January means he hardly has a decision to make. Whereas being given the tools to build something here over the long term may have appealed to him more. I think Arsenal would demand results and trophies fairly quickly in a similar way to what we've seen with the post-Ferguson Man Utd. If he is being / has been undermined already than any romantic vision he has / had for the club is somewhat academic.
-
That party has fuck all beyond Farage. And he's a total chancer anyway.
-
If he's away come the summer then the promotion's virtually fucking meaningless anyway as far as I'm concerned.
-
That's a good read but how thoroughly depressing it is in its accuracy.

Wouldn't surprise me at all if there was something to this

If they go down and Defoe is allowed to leave for nowt then that'll be fun to watch.
