Think it'll happen and I think the current government trying to prevent it will only hamper the cause of those wanting to remain part of the UK. To be fair to the circumstance have changed pretty dramatically making a very reasonable argument for another referendum. What we should do is have this arrangement in place whereby we make a contribution to the EU and in return we get access to the single market, have freedom of movement, get a say in making decisions but don't need to sign up to the Euro.
