In the same thread you make reference to only voting for them with the sort of policies Corbyn stands for though whilst saying you didn't think he'd survive. That's basically a sabotage job, i.e. vote in a fucking hopeless leader then not vote for the party when they inevitably change to someone more moderate and electable. Who does that benefit but the Tories? Your 'prinicpled' approach is about as useful as Corbyn's in terms of effecting a change. I'm not going to argue about it any more anyway

They've only got the European Cup really as an argument they're bigger than Spurs and Everton anyway. I think both clubs have similar trophy hauls than Villa and both have more success in recent years to point to (if you're going to cite the European Cup in '81 as a success then you have to include all the success of the other two in the 80s etc.) Like you say, it makes no sense on any level whatsoever.
