I think you’ll find all the above is Labour’s fault (and the people who voted for them)

Surely these should be carried out independently for that very reason. -
Fingers crossed re: Weatherspoon’s

Me either. But they were just sent out so the government could meet (or get close to) their ‘audacious’ target more than anything else.

Toonpack is seething -
I’ve seen that stuff before and it is class, that Four Horseman one for example. As Renton alludes to though, I wouldn’t want any of them on the living room wall

Does anyone want to see a photo of my chocolate coated flapjacks?

If it was some Tory cunt they’d be on about how kind they were and how marvellous the potential windfall is. That said, it’s looking good for him if that’s the best they can come up with.

Hope you’re ok, mate 👍🏻

Yet when an old Etonian from a public relations background told them exactly what they wanted to hear they lapped it up. And now it turns out it was just spin. It’s not even 20/20 hindsight. Loads on here saw it for exactly what it was at the time

Spare a thought for the civil servants whose job it is to write the guidance policy. I.e. having to articulate all the things the jokers in charge haven’t even considered

It’ll be a nightmare because we’ll have a summer of muddled, mixed messages where the opportunity to get the virus relatively under control will have been lost

So a reporter who is clearly reporting on something that it is in the fans’ interest that they are aware of, is only doing it because he’s a mag? #mackemlogiccubed

If it’s so important that kids return to school, why are the kids whose education is at the least crucial stage the ones supposed to be going back first? We both know the answer is likely to be so the schools can babysit so parents can get back to work. Also, the fact the infection rate has gone up, and the data is two weeks old, just makes the decision to relax the restrictions even worse than it appeared at the time. As I have mentioned previously, even if they were being honest and coming out and saying the reasons behind it are purely economic, even then it would likely be a failure. Given that we’ll likely see the infection rate climb above 1 and tighter restrictions being reintroduced with a greater economic impact. It’s hard to spot where the evil ends and the incompetence starts with this lot

Well they have had their powers eroded by successive governments. That’s because back in the 70s when they were ruining everything levels of inequality were the lowest they’ve ever been in this country

Where’s your patriotism? We’re getting covid done

That makes sense, ie playing a game where you try and wind up people just because they care as opposed to one where you might have to try and think

Been obvious for ages but depressing nonetheless
