Yohan Cabaye believes his former club Newcastle United will be making a mistake if they offload Haten Ben Arfa this summer. Ben Arfa is tipped to leave St James' Park after falling out of favour under Alan Pardew last season. I dont think there'll be an issue with quantity as there will be loads of cheap options available. The harder part will be trying to persuade quality players we are a better option over someone who fancies a cup run or a crack at the premiership title.

Here's a little tip for you this next month set your alarm to go off every hour during the night. Make sure the alarm is over the other side of the room so you have to physically get up to turn it off. Then wait about 15 minutes (approximate feeding time) get back in to bed when next alarm goes off wait about 5 minutes before getting in to bed (approximate nappy changing time) just keep repeating this process you'll be a dab hand in a months time. Seriously I hope everything goes well your right to be excited it's a great feeling but it is hard the first few months until you have a routine good luck.
