I think he might be offski in the summer, not been great this season and now with these problems it could escalate. We have Anita, Bigi and Perch for that posiion and we could still get a decent price for him.

My day has been ok so far. Got a card and a couple of books and will be cooking a meal this evening so the match will be Sky Recorded.

Not sure this will be easy as people think. If we stick out a strong team and with a decent home crowd I think we can win but it wont be a thrashing by all means. Don't assume because there some Ukrainian team you've only seen on Football Manager that they will be a walkover because they wont be at all. They have some decent players in their ranks with a strong South American influence. Hopefully Cisse can find his scoring boots tonight

Totally agree. I didn't realise how much crap I use to eat until I started using this app, I don't miss all the rubbish food either. Three decent healthy meals a day and some exercise. I'm in the Army so have a decent level of fitness anyway but found I'm now doing so much more extra. It's very in depth even down to what you drink, all I drink now is water, Diet Coke and wine ( so many less calories than beer and cider!) 5 weeks on and I feel great and looking better already.

If your honest with it the app is amazing.

Lost 8kg in 5 weeks. New diet and plenty of exercise and I feel great. One tip for anyone wanting to lose weight and own an iPhone/iPad is to get a free app called myfitnesspal. Fantastic app and helped me massively.

After saying I wouldn't waste money on this I decided to take a punt on the game. It was in the 2 for £20 bin along with Crackdown 2 in GAME. Will give it a try this week. Anyone else enjoy this or have I wasted my £££££££

Someone who sticks with the club through thick and thin, supports the players and staff and feels passionately about whats happening on and off the field (in my opinion). Everyone has their own interpretation though so who can really say what a "Real Fan" is.

Next game is important. If we can get a point from Spurs then we're moving in the right direction, obviously other results still matter at the moment.

Maybe beyond help now. A classic example of not being able to move on from sport, you hear a lot of ex pros saying you need something out of sport once it's all over.

I agree and it's worrying to be honest. In the last three games he has had a hat full of chances and scored once. I wonder if it's worth putting Goufran through the middle when Ben Arfa is back and dropping Cisse for a couple of games.
