If any of you lot have been to Eastlands, apparently the big Asda and the road between it and the stadium have been cordoned off by the police, due to its roof coming off and its trolleys going on a wind-assisted rampage through the carpark!! That must be causing havoc! That road is mad in rush hour and Ashton New Rd is a nightmare at any time of the day Yeah, too right, although it seems to have calmed down a bit now, when I got home from work there were sirens every couple of minutes flying up and down Stockport Road - although that's not that unusual for Longsight What's your link with Mancland catmag? I lived in Ashton-Under-Lyne for 10 years. Went down there in '95 and worked at Tameside General. Most of my mates are still down there in Ashton, Stalybridge etc. I know it well

I think GC on N-O is absolutely dead mostly, considering the amount of posters. The Toon side on here is pretty quiet though, admittedly. Im used to large amounts of threads with hundreds of clickable links to keep me occupied, volume of posts here, from what i have seen, isnt as large.
