We've Got Miggy + Gemmill On The Wings vs. Danks For The Emeries FC
Polarboy replied to Meenzer's topic in Newcastle Forum
In terms of top four and January additions it's tricky. The spirit in the group and first 11 is unbelievable right now, and it's translating to results. As Howe has pointed out he's loath to change or disrupt the team too much because of that spirit and the results. Would brining in a couple of big hitters like Maddison and Diaby for example, on big wages presumably, upset the apple cart. On the other hand, we really need the depth if we're going to sustain our attempt to secure top 4, or at least Europa League. That's why Howe and Ashworth get paid the big bucks of course. -

😂 I had to read that twice. I was like, well I wouldn't put it past a PL footballer to let a bird shit in his mouth. -

Miggy, he's 99.9% left foot, but what a fucking left foot. He's like prime Bergkamp at the minute with the way he can curl it into the corner of the net. Also, as people have said it's incredibly encouraging that we didn't play particularly well at times, but still absolutely trounced Villa. -

That's a weird one with Emery, but if I was a Villa fan I'd be very pleased. He's obviously a massive upgrade slippin Stevie. -

Villa have offered the job to Emery according to Romano. It's getting a bit weird now. I know there's a relatively small pool of good players, but between them being after or signing players we were after and now trying to get Emery. Can't see Emery going to Villa after turning down the richest owners in world football, but stranger things have happened I suppose. -
Eddie's Neonicotinoid Laden Bastards VS. Thomas's Hair Nets

Seems like Bruno's wife will be giving birth in the next week or two, so God willing they'll have a textbook birth and add to their family. He seems like a top guy Bruno. It of course helps that he's also probably our best player, but really he does seem like he's got his head well screwed on for someone who's still relatively very young. -

Brought in Wilson for Isak in my FF team, so the match couldn't be going much better so far. 😁 -

Probably playing him for the extra height and strength to deal with Mitro. -

We're never going to be a consistently good side until we have better than Championship quality on the bench. Especially so when we have a couple of injuries to our best players. Even if we replace Almiron we'll still need better than him coming off the bench. It's going to be a pretty slow process unfortunately. -

Isak doesn't have that poachers instinct to be in the right place for when the ball comes in. Wilson has that instinct in spades, so hopefully they can form a productive partnership after the international break. -

I wouldn't be disappointed to see Almiron hooked, Wood on, and then Isak either swapping flanks with Fraser or playing in Almiron's position. Wood can't be much worse than Almiron's backwards and sideways passing at the minute. -

We need to be patient. As has been pointed out Bournemouth are defending very well, but they won't be able to keep that level up for 90 minutes. -

Trippier's consistent accuracy from freekicks since he's been playing for us is incredible. -

No Wilson or ASM on the bench either, but you would hope that even without the addition of Bruno we'd have had more than enough. -
Unfortunately, our elite, politicians, societal leaders etc, are generally touchers and pedos of some description as well. There seems to be a theme that's forming.

🤢 Fucking hell. If he's willing to touch up his daughter in public at his mother's memorial, what the fuck does he get up to in private.

Of course, the people who run the FA are likely too scared of people shouting Andrew is a sweaty toucher during the minutes silence to let them go ahead.

The Met have said that it's up to the football authorities as to whether next weekend's fixtures go ahead, and that they'll work with the relevant clubs in order to ensure that the usual security plans are in place.
