Just to clarify-was it you that was on here 6 months ago asking for advice re whether to follow this bloke to another city? Or am I getting you confused with someone else? Dont mean to appear insensitive-but although you say you were with him for 3 years-was that a permanent thing or an on/off thing? To be honest if you were the person who posted six months ago I got the distinct impression it ws the latter.

I've (obviously) not phoned for any of their info, but I'm assuming that it just refers to the move towards registering all land in England and Wales. The law of adverse possession (squatters rights) changed slightly as a result of the legislation referred to which means that it became slightly easier to acquire an interest in land as a result of squatting (or adversely possessing the property as against the legal owner). The relevant time that you have to possess is still a long one though-10 years as opposed to 12 under the old regime. In essence you have to occupy the property in some way shape or form for 10 years and hope the legal owner is too ignorant/indolent to take action against you. If they dont then (broadly speaking) you could apply to have the land reg'd in your name under a squatters root of title. To be fair house prices is an irrelevant issue as they effectively opt out of property rights. It's a very biased way of looking at it. What is an issue is the lawlessness they often seem to bring with them.

The head height rule should be scrapped. Ditto the underarm pass rule for the keeper. Apart from that tho you cant have keepers wandering out of the box cos the mongs tend to be put in goal for a reason to start with. Attackers shouldnt be allowed in the box either cos if you cant score from six yards out you have no business being on the pitch (except maybe as a goalkeeper confined to his penalty box-for which see my earlier comment).
