Do you think that we set up Juventus which us why it is not called Turin? Most people would claim that it is called Juventus because Juventus means youth and it was set up by kids from a hight school. I don't think this is the case, no logical explanation for why I disagree with it, it just will not fit with my narrative. I don't think it is a case of not trusting him. I think Howe does not like using the kids. He dropped Tino as soon as he got the chance, even when it looked best to drop Burn. He also put Miley on the bench as soon as he got the chance when it may have looked better to put Longstaff there. I am not against Burn or Longstaff, however, I did see the benefits of resting both. We hardly saw Anderson last year.

100% agree. The original point made was that we had youth on the bench and we could have used them. All I was saying is that in a situation where you are trying to see out a 1-0 win, Dummet was clearly the right call for Howe. The mistake is all on Dummet.

To be fair on Howe, Dummet should have been the safe option here.

I think this is a post too close to the game. Yes we could/ should have scored a few more. Fact is, without the pen, Everton would have nothing from the game. We have no Pope, Trippier, Botman, Lascelles, Tino, Joelinton, Miley, Tonali, Miggy, Gordon or Wilson. A draw was not a fair reflection of the game but football is not fair. I doubt the West Ham fans feel the pen was a fair decision a few days ago.

Disappointing but we were 3-1 down the other day and we have managed to get 4 points from the two games. Things like this are annoying but happen in football. I am furious with Dummet and I really hope that there is some form of bollocking for him. The foul offered us nothing but ended up costing us 2 vital points.

What is it that we did that other fan bases who have protested have not done? The only thing that sticks out for me is that bloke who did the NUFC coffin but every single fan base has their own version of him. I guess there is the bloke who punched the horse but one of their fans did exactly the same thing. I have not heard of one of our fans shitting on a seat but I have seen some questionable things down the Bigg Market. I just do not get the moral superiority when their city is such a dump.

There have been times that they have signed players and I have been frustrated that we didn't go for them (Bent, Johnson, Defoe, Rodwell) but I have not held that belief for any period of time afterwards.

So, I managed to watch it from 3-1 down so I thoroughly enjoyed the match. I am not buying our pen and I would be furious if it had went against us. I have been told their second was dubious so maybe I should accept it. It is great to see we have a team that doesn't give up a 3-1 down.

It depends which information they have already provided or the treatment that they receive. I work with a company who make it standard to take 2 weeks to reply to an email when I require something from them (they have shared their policy to reply to emails within 2 weeks to be fair to them). This is extreme frustrating especially when it takes 2-3 emails to get to the bottom of an issue. I now apply the same approach with them and set a reminder in my calendar or schedule send a response.

It has done my head in all night.
