I like Ashton from the 'up-and-coming' bracket. Also the lad from Preston, is it Nugent?
-
Yeah, the intro is too long. Do the BBC know about this btw?

I made this point at the bottom of page one. Well Leazes...?

Yes, there is something fishy about them. -

Me: What is heaven like? God: Like a planet around a star. Me: What is hell like? God: Like a planet around a star. Me: Could you be a bit more specific? God: We could all be more specific sometimes. Me: Could you be more specific now? God: Oh. How specific do you want? Me: Just a basic over view to start with God: What is giant sand? Me: Pardon? God: You're excused. Me: Right you are then. Tell me more about heaven God: Understood. No I am not. Do you have any idea what I am talking about? Me: Not really. There is no Heaven is there? God: Me either :-) For real. Why not? Me: Mmmm, thought not God: Whatever gave you that idea? Me: You, dodging the question God: That's good information: said I dodging the question. Me: Its all a sham really isn't it, religion? God: I think you mean "it's" or "it is" not "its". heaven is a sham really is not it religion. I suppose that makes sense. Me: Bit pedantic aren't we? God: I think there might be a few exception. Me: I think you mean "exceptions" God: Me? Yes I think that is what I meant. Was it not clear? Me: No, I knew what you meant, I was just being pedantic back God: Are you serious? Who told you? Me: You did God clammed up a bit after that

Bit of a change in fortunes for David Moyes this season too. A month back they thought they were going to be in the Champions League, now they're rock bottom. Oh well, at least he's still got his looks

Gatesy will be giving Slaven a taste of his own medicine tomorrow night.

I can't remember where I read it, but there were legal issues with the way they discriminate on motor insurance and the whole system could get a major shake up soon. I'm 22, male and always get asked those questions, but I'm also white and of no great religious conviction but with a Catholic background. Oddly, no-one's ever asked me that on an insurance form, but they're demographic variables all the same. </canofworms> 38820 They are justified in asking your sex and age because these variable change the likelyhood of you making a claim. I doubt whether your colour or religion does. The last statistics I saw said that women were more likely to have an accident. However their accidents were low cost: parking bumps; scrapes; running into the back of people. Men on the other hand had less accidents but when they did they were major, spectacular and expensive!

and most f*** up.................... 36431 In your experience perhaps.... In mine, the successful lot seem to be those who leave it to the last minute. 36478 I'll go with that... you learn a lot about your future working habits at uni really. Whenever I tried to do anything well before the deadline, the quality just wasn't up to scratch, and that still applies now in my shadowy life as a transamalator - I can't work properly without the adrenaline rush of time pressure and the threat of horrendous failure hanging over my head. 36539 Agree. Work better as deadline looms.

I liked 'Slippery When Wet' when it came out but I'm cured now.

There is 'quite a range' © The only way to find out who will do you the best deal depending on your circumstances is to shop around. This makes it a bit easier: www.confused.com or: www.insuresupermarket.com

If Henry is off Arsenal are bound to be interested. Can't see ManU or Chelsea accomodating him. Then there is his beloved Liverpool if they can raise the cash...

I think Liverpool dallied with it when they had Babb-Ruddock-Scales. Probably coincided with their no trophies phase.

B-side if I recall

Wouldn't mind the Mackems winning this one. They are no threat to us and it means we will overhaul the Smogs a week earlier.

Has any team ever made it work in this country?

Interesting post AF but you're wasting your breath tbh. 38596 are you another who's view of someone depends upon if they are on the books of Newcastle or not, ie rose tinted specs © 38608 Absolutley not. I was pointing out that AF is wasting his time going over the subjects of Bellamy and Souness because people on here are in entrenched positions. No post, no matter how pertinent or revealing will ever change anyones mind on here. Have you ever read this?: No, because it never happens! I find it more amusing to count the number of times people use heresay or rumour to back up their point but dismiss it as speculation if it goes against their argument these days rather than join in the 'debate' its self. Perhaps you missed my point because your tinted glasses are fitted with blinkers.
